Hi yesakmac!
I’m guessing the lightbox is from the two buttons in your LayerSlider. I clicked on those and saw the popup but there were no buttons inside it.
Take a screenshot and highlight what your referring to so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHi thelistener!
You can use the widget area element and drag the search widget to it.
Regards,
ElliottHi Milorad!
Update to the newest version, 3.3.2, and it should fix the editor issues.
Make sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Cheers!
ElliottHey socialmyna!
I checked on the Moto E 2nd gen and it’s hidden. Are you viewing on an actual mobile device?

Hey!
Go ahead and upload a fresh copy of the theme to see if it’s your CSS/JS customizations which are causing the problem.
I could not reproduce it on my XAMPP setup so it’s likely they are.

Hey!
Then just switch the colors.
#advanced_menu_hide { background: white !important; color: black !important; }I’m not sure what you mean by remove the lines. Take a screenshot and highlight exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Our devs know about the bug. Should be fixed in the next update, version 3.3.2.
Regards,
ElliottHey DJ!
Your getting a few javascript errors. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Cheers!
ElliottHey DavyE!
Loading page content through AJAX like how your wanting is not good for SEO so I don’t recommend it.
It would take quite a bit of time and code to implement as well so it probably will not get added in a future update. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this endeavor.

Hmm, it doesn’t seem like a theme issue here. What’s the version of WordPress your using? It looks like it’s an outdated version but I couldn’t tell.
You can delete Flashlight from the WordPress theme directory but I don’t think that’s going to solve the problem. It would probably be best to reinstall WordPress.
Cheers!

August 21, 2015 at 8:02 pm in reply to: Accordion in Appearance -> Menus — in administrator don't work #491577Hi t3lgroup!
It seems to be working fine for me. I added a few links to the menu and it saved fine (I removed them later). Try viewing in a different browser to see what happens.
Cheers!
ElliottHi fschrichten!
So you have them set to display in your header in Dashboard > Enfold > Header > Extra elements and they display fine until you logout? That is odd. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Jan!
When you edit the fullscreen slider there is an option for adding the scroll down arrow. Make sure it’s unchecked.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
You could take a screenshot but I would probably need to see it in action to figure out what’s going on.
If your not already using Firebug then I would check it out, http://getfirebug.com/, it makes it very easy to troubleshoot CSS issues.
Regards,
ElliottHey Ivana!
That looks very similar to our portfolio AJAX layout, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/portfolio-ajax/. You can have videos open up in the popup.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy. If your using a caching plugin then be sure to clear it’s cache as well as your browser cache after it is complete.
You need to purchase a license for each website you use the theme on.
Cheers!
ElliottHi gearouthere!
Add this to your custom CSS.
#header_meta { background: black !important; }Regards,
ElliottHi riberusa!
Turn on WordPress debugging, https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and check your server error logs to see if there is any information on the error.

ElliottHey reggiescott!
That’s the tab element with the vertical style. Edit your page and drag the tab element to your page content and edit it’s options to change to the vertical style.
Cheers!

Hi Slade!
Yes, you would include all of it. Just a simple copy / paste.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Scott!
Add this to a codeblock element in the page.
<style type = "text/css"> iframe { width: 100%; min-height: 300px; } </style>Regards,
ElliottHey!
What is the specific alt text your adding? It’s probably breaking the markup. It should only be pure text in there with no tags.
Cheers!
ElliottHey condonpb!
Please see here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/window-pop-up-iframe-through-lightbox/.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Yes, you can do that. If you add your purchase information in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Update you can update them automatically.
Cheers!
ElliottHi kgbrooklyn!
That is Woocommerce, https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/. Make sure to read their documentation on how to use it as it’s a pretty complex plugin.
Best regards,
ElliottHi connect4consulting!
A dropdown menu? Your trying to add the fullwidth submenu element in a text widget? That’s not going to work.
I’m not aware of any dropdown menu widgets that WordPress has. Take a screenshot and highlight exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHey linktotheme!
1. I don’t see it on my end so I assume you sorted it out.
2. Same as above.
3. Remove the margin top you have set on the logo image.
4. Use the Dashboard > Enfold > Advanced Styling area to change the menu sizes instead of custom CSS.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
Perhaps your supposed to add the script before the ending
</body>tag in the footer.php file instead of in the page content.Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Thanks for posting what worked for you nguyen51. Your link redirects me to the WordPress support homepage though.
Cheers!
ElliottAugust 21, 2015 at 3:45 pm in reply to: How do I Change Caption Text Font Style in the Easy Slider #491460Hey devynspirit!
Add this to your custom CSS.
.avia-caption-title, .avia-caption-content { font-family: Blackjack !important; }You still need to link to the font file on your server though. Or if it’s a google font then see here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options/.
Cheers!
