Hi Rikard,
I’ve done as mentioned above, yet sadly no change has been noted as of yet.
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks
Hi Ismael & Guenni007,
It seems to have fixed it! I must have copied and pasted from my email rather than from the thread directly. It now works like a charm!
Thanks all!
Hi guenni007, thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately when pasting the code, I get the following error; syntax error, unexpected ‘&’
Hi Yigit,
I’ve finally given my theme an update, yet sadly the sidebar is still appearing.
If you could kindly access my website and give it a look, it’d be greatly appreciated. The user account is in the private box below.
Kind Regards
Here you go:
Hi Yigit,
I tried clearing cache but nothing changed.
As for portfolio page settings, not sure if you’re referring to the individual settings for each portfolio page. If so, I’ve already turned it off from that side, as you can see from the attached snapshot.
Hi Victoria,
Yes, you may find the account in the private content box below.

Hi Rikard,
Since my last post I actually removed the video, replacing it with a static image to see if the load time would shorten. Sadly it still hasnt. I’ve noticed the large sized images like you mentioned, though I’m trying to use applications like WP-Optimize in order to try and compress the images further, but it doesnt seem to be applying any notable differences to the layerslider. Are there any recommended optimizing tools that specifically work with the layerslider? Or perhaps some settings embedded within the Layerslider tool itself? Thanks
Hi Rikard,
Ive tried hosting locally as well as embedding the same video from youtube. unfortunately both seem to take a long time.
Hi everyone, it turns out that after a lot of testing and trying with deactivating plugins, it really was EWWW image optimizer that was causing the conflict. An uninstall helped bring back my images to their original state.
Thanks anyway!
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your mail. Unfortunately, the latest version did not fix the issue.

DanielHi Jordan,
Works like a charm! Thanks!
Hi Jordan,
Apologies, it seems that the url was incorrect. I’ve attached the initially intended link in this message.
Thanks!
Hi Guenni,
I’m happy to say that it works!Thank you!
Hi Basilis,
Took the time to try this out. Unfortunately, shortcode doesn’t seem to work within a Mega Menu like this, for some reason.
I’ve attached 2 screenshots showing the issue.
Any help?
Hi Rikard,
Works like a charm, thank you!
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, what I want to achieve has to be done on a MegaMenu, where a Navigation Label is not possible.
I’ve sent a screenshot here to illustrate this.Hi Yigit,
Thanks so much! It’s strange that the above code snippet prevented the menu from showing. But at least this way I can attempt to customize the menu again.
Thank you!
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your reply. Credentials found below.
Thanks for your reply Yigit,
Unfortunately, when entering that code into the editor, I am met with this error;
Your PHP code changes were rolled back due to an error on line 9 of file wp-content/themes/enfold2/functions-enfold.php. Please fix and try saving again.
Cannot redeclare avia_remove_fullwidth_slider_check() (previously declared in wp-content/themes/enfold2/functions.php:742)
Hi Rikard,
Happy to report that this works like a charm :) Thanks!
Hi Victora,
No it doesn’t resolve the issue, but I’ve created the two sliders I wish to alternate.
– Exigy for the regular view
– Exigy mobile for the mobile view
I would still require the code to be able to switch between them depending on which platform the user is on.Regards,
DanielHi Rikard,
Thanks for your reply.
On http://www.exigywordpress.com I’ve now added two slides, one that is for desktop, one for mobile. They’re called the following;
– Exigy
– Exigy MobileHi Victoria,
Happy to say that this solution has worked.
Thanks!Hi Rikard,
Thanks for replying. I’m looking to have each section alternate between white and grey.
For example; in section “Manage”, I’d want “Contract Monitoring” to be over a grey background, then “Manage Sensitive Documents” would be white, then “Work Permit Management” would again be over a grey background.I’ve already tried a bit of CSS but I don’t have enough expertise to be able to achieve this.
Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make this happen.Regards
Hi Victoria and cg,
It seems like it was that code snippet was the reason why that was happening!
Thanks!
