Nope; it is still loading the large image on my Android phone.
I still need help with this one,
Gregscreen shot – I just took this tonight:
Hello Basilis,
Very strange – before I could put in your CSS, the issue seems to have “amended itself”… ??
Well, we can close this ticket.

September 28, 2016 at 9:13 pm in reply to: Color Section – 75% Browser Window Height w/ Image Background – Conent Delay #692875Hello Andy/Support,
The client is claiming that the same load issue wasn’t experienced on another site that was done and used Enfold theme.
Also, isn’t there something in the code/programming that is determining the order of loading elements?(The client is standing firm on this right now…)
Please advise,

I didn’t alter the woocommerce template at all… AND – your code is working.
I wish we knew why it broke it begin with – but we can close this.

I think this is wrapped – I should have been more detailed in my request…
I needed the solution for all the subpages under the main “Closer Look” nav element.
But I think I adapted the CSS correctly. Can you give the 5 pages a once over and make sure I have the css correct?
If this is above and beyond support – I support that call! :-)
Sincerely,

I’m just discovering the ability to hide elements for mobile – sorry to have missed this on the columns elements. I had only noticed it on the grid row element.
We can close this ticket.

GregAugust 23, 2016 at 9:54 pm in reply to: icon list on mobile – "crunched" continued (reference #672102) #676688Hello Ismael,
The size of the icons looks good now – but the list element as a whole is still too narrow.
link to screenshot from mobile
I added the following, it didn’t give more width to the element as a whole:
.closer-look .avia-icon-list {
width: 95%;
}Can you help us fill more of the mobile screen so the bulk of the text is easier to read? I might go a bit smaller with the actual icons once the width is knocked out – but good for now and I know how adjust your css accordingly to do so.
Sincerely,
GregAugust 23, 2016 at 9:39 pm in reply to: Color Section with background image – not showing on iPads & iPhones #676681Hello Ismael,
We like the FIXED option for this element – it gives a 3D effect for desktop layouts.
On mobile, it is showing up now – but scrolls and therefore seems flat; not a dynamic experience for the user.
Is it possible to have the element fixed for mobile as well?
Sincerely,
Gregthis ticket can be closed…

GregAugust 19, 2016 at 7:53 pm in reply to: mobile – footer one homepage not displaying in single columns #674855Hello Yigit/Support,
I was just about to write back that the new snippet wasn’t working either – I’d placed it after the one from Rikard without removing his code.
Then I thought I should remove his and try it before hassling you all again.
Low and behold, I’d written a comment to say what the code was for – and hadn’t ended the comment…
So Rikatd’s code was inadvertently being commented out. d’oh!
Rikard’s css is now working – we can close this out.
Thank you,
GregHello Yigit,
This worked – thank you.

I’m attempting to make the icons smaller and the font on the icon title smaller so that everything fits cleanly.
(Some titles are cut-off)I put the following code in:
/*** icons list for mobile ***/
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
.closer-look {
padding: 50px 0 !important;
height: 44px !important;
width: 44px !important;
line-height: 44px !important;
font-size: 10px !important;
}
.closer-look h4.iconlist_title {
font-size: x-small !important;
}
}What am I missing?

August 18, 2016 at 12:51 am in reply to: mobile – footer one homepage not displaying in single columns #673920Hello Rikard/Support,
This snippet of CSS isn’t stacking the footer column elements as the inner pages do.
Here’s a screenshot of what we want the end result to be.
Here’s a screenshot of the current homepage footer.
Can you help us get the homepage footer to stack the columns as the inner pages are?
Sincerely,
GregHello Josue,
That worked – thank you!
we can close this out…~ Greg
Hello Josue,
Here is a screenshot of what we’re looking for – and a screenshot of the current layout so you can compare them.They’re not to exact scale – we want the ability to adjust the height – so I’m hoping for a solution that uses CSS from our child style sheet that we can access.
Thank you,
GregJuly 26, 2016 at 12:42 am in reply to: Separator / Whitespace – Unable to really change height #664985OK – sorry for the delay.
