    Hello Support,

There are pages we are working on where we use a Color Section element to place a background image on the page – usually fixed to give some graphical “pizzazz” to the users eye.
Here’s an example: http://freshhfs.voxmaxum.com/careers/ (credentials in private area)

The background image isn’t showing for iPhones and iPads – so the user just sees a large white space on the page.

Is there a fix for this?

    Sincerely,
    Greg

    Hey Greg,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Set the Background Attachment to “Scroll” or adjust the Background Position to “Center center”. You can also set the Background Repeat to “Stretch to Fit”.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

We like the FIXED option for this element – it gives a 3D effect for desktop layouts.

On mobile, it is showing up now – but scrolls and therefore seems flat; not a dynamic experience for the user.

Is it possible to have the element fixed for mobile as well?

    Sincerely,
    Greg

    Hi,

Mobile browsers at the moment do not support that effect unfortunately, that is why it is scrolling with the content.

    Best regards,
