I really need support on this, it should be something close to this article from 2014?
#post-217746Hey Ismael,
that’s exactly what I did before and now: My layout is not visible, everything is white!
The blog page contains a color section and the Masonry element inside and everything what I set in the settings of the page, e.g. “No Sidebar” etc. is not showing.
What is wrong?
Thanks for helping,

I just found your last note by email.Since I removed the second part of the CSS everything works fine!
I removed this:#top .single-product-main-image .thumbnails a { width: 31.3% !important; }
Thanks a lot for your support!!!

DirkFebruary 15, 2021 at 1:14 pm in reply to: Enfold Product Gallery and "Product Video for WooCommerce" Plugin #1280516Hey Rikard,
I just put it in the Quick CSS field, cleared the cache and also disabled CSS and Javascript compression in the Enfold Performance Settings.Unfortunately I can see no difference in the gallery?
Best regards,
DirkHey Yigit,
that’s what I meant.
Thanks for your support!Best regards,
DirkHey Yigit,
thanks a lot. It works like a charm now ;)
You should change that in the documentation as well.Best regards,

Thanks for your support!
So the 2 new snippets already work in the Child Theme?
And your mentioned plugins are these? @Guenni007: What do you mean with “plugin from shortpixel”?And if we already upload optimized images for e.g. sliders and want to disable unneeded thumbnails, what exactly can I disable without issues in the Layout Builder?
Best regards
Hi Guenni,
so the only way now is to change the original files which means, I have to overwrite this any time after updating Enfold?
Which code do I exactly have to change? Is it only this snippet from your post #1270342?
@Ismael: Guenni’s solution should be the right way to avoid bigger file sizes after uploading instead of enabling thumbnails risking a heavier performance? So there is no way to get it to work in the Child Theme?I also tried Smush, which is doing the job, but unfortunately the same as Guenni reported happens (still much bigger file sizes than the original image).
Best regards
Hi, thanks for helping out!
@Guenni007: This is a bit too much coding for me and unfortunately your solution doesn’t work right now?
@Ismael: Which image sizes that are automatically created can I disable for the future? The original image size uploaded is already optimized in size and quality. I tried deleting some files via SFTP in a test and saw that e.g. thumbnails in sliders (editing the slideshow in the back-end) are missing after. So which ones are necessary for a correct workflow in Enfold?
Best regards
Hi Basilis,
thanks for your recommendation. I’ll give it a try.
Best regards,
DirkHi Guenni007,
thanks, I will give it a try.
What’s your suggestion to get the SEO done without the Yoast plugin?Best regards,
DirkHi Basilis,
I disabled all plugins and indeed, Yoast SEO and wp-limit-login-attempts both slowed down the performance and caused issues.
Now editing is quick again. Does it mean we have to leave it like this when going online?I didn’t have issues with Yoast before, so what about the SEO now?
Best regards and thanks for helping,
DirkHi laptophobo,
thanks, no I don’t use this plugin.
Best regards,
DirkHey guys,
I started this post and still wait for an answer! As I wrote before, this unfortunately is very urgent and there’s no solution yet how to get it fixed…
Best regards,
DirkHi Victoria,
most of the time there’s a timeout and I also saw problems with the plugin wp-optimize which I just disabled.
Still get the slow performance and another timeout. Please find the error-log attached in the private content.

I tried it and it works, when I played with different sizes to justify logo and subtext.Best regards,

DirkOctober 21, 2019 at 10:58 am in reply to: Full width easy slider scroll down arrow, no function #1149798Hey Mike,
thanks a lot for solving this!
Afterwards it’s pretty clear that it didn’t work because of the hidden element, but sometimes you got stuck ;)Best regards,
DirkPS: Maybe you could have a look at the other posts, too? They are not solved yet…
Replied to this one and still have the Google Maps issue:
October 21, 2019 at 10:58 am in reply to: Text logo in header, subtext out of logo area when scrolled #1149797Hi Victoria,
yes I saw the video, but this doesn’t solve it, because the text logo itself works fine in different resolutions,
only the subtext doesn’t and that’s why I think if just the height instead of the logo size (font size) is customized it should be fine?Best regards,
DirkOctober 18, 2019 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Text logo in header, subtext out of logo area when scrolled #1149287Hey Victoria,
that’s why I asked for the CSS code to adjust the max-height of the logo when scrolled.
I already have the media queries working well in different screen resolutions so that logo und subtext are always justified.Could you kindly share a code?

DirkOctober 18, 2019 at 5:50 am in reply to: With the new Enfold 4.6.3.1 update from the safari browser, google maps are no l #1149104Hi, I also can’t get Google Maps working with the latest Enfold, key is valid, but it’s not browser related.
Error in theme options (no connection) and at the page element while checking latitude (no valid key), pages’ console error: [AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing.
Could you please check what’s going wrong? I shared the credentials.
Best regards,
DirkHi Rikard,
I recently updated to 4.6.1 and the same issue for the contact form occurs, still get the message for both site keys in the back end:
“Error on connecting to Google reCAPTCHA – please retry.
The response parameter is missing.
The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.”And in the front end, where the contact form is:
“This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”
Also, when reloading the pages, the cookie consent message bar pops up every time.
So the only solution is switching back to 4.5.7 I guess?Best regards,
DirkHi, the same happened to my site.
I already checked both keys V2 and V3 at Google and they are correct.Best regards,
DirkHi Rikard,
thanks a lot for your great support!
Best regards,
DirkHi Rikard,
thanks a lot, it worked and the warnings are gone.
At first I couldn’t see the changes, even when clearing the cache in different browsers. It’s related to the caching plugin we use and since I cleared all cache from the backend with that everything is fine.
Can I leave the button enabled for deleting old CSS and JS files now or can it cause problems with the caching plugin?Best regards,
DirkHi Rikard,
I posted the credentials for you.
Hope this helps?Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
it’s working now, thanks!
So if there is no other solution for getting the transparency, this is solved. What about this:
Could you integrate the site’s transpareny in the theme settings? Also the option of selecting a site wide background image would be great for future projects.
Can you post the link where I can post my ideas for future implements in the Enfold theme?
Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
thanks, I set it to “cover” now and I can see the big image in the desktop size covering the whole page.
I tried to set the target, but there is still no difference when changing the browser size. Could you please check again what’s wrong?@media only screen and (max-width: 767px { html { background-image:url('https://co-creative-group.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/hintergrundbild-767px.jpg'); background-size: cover!important; -moz-background-size: cover!important; }}
Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
this works now, but still doesn’t look that good. The image sizes I chose also don’t look as expected, that’s why I asked for the correct resolutions.
My media queries don’t seem to work, it should be possible to see 3 different images when changing the browsser size, but I only see one image? What about this:
Could you integrate the site’s transpareny in the theme settings? Also the option of selecting a site wide background image would be great for future projects.
There was a page where one can post ideas for future implements…
Best regards,
