Hi!
The header is behaving correctly on my end now. My guess is that the settings were correct but the front end cache had not yet reflected them.
Best regards,
DevinHey fullvalue!
Can we see the site and example page live? That will let us inspect exactly what you have and see what we can do.

DevinMarch 25, 2014 at 9:15 pm in reply to: How can I use the space under the product image when using WooCommerce? #242991Hey miketran!
That is set to display a sidebar with widgets which comes from Appearances>Widgets in the WordPress admin. The WooCommerce templates don’t have a third output for something like you’ve described so it would need to be custom coded in as a plugin to give you an output and input for the secondary content.
Regards,
DevinHi!
Not with anything built into the theme no. It would need to be customized by a freelance developer with a new check for each page to see if it should have a different menu and all for each of those new menus to be set.
Regards,
DevinHey Artinet!
Can you give an example of where it isn’t working? Last I checked with IE there wasn’t anything major with it.
Regards,
DevinHi benditodilema!
Can you explain a bit more what you mean by “it restores all the stiles that i did before”.
Cheers!
DevinHi atomicdreamz!
Not without a good bit of customization. I think the closest would be the Blog Single Author Small style however: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/blog-single-small/
Regards,
DevinHey Jae!
You would need to have a freelance developer customize/add in that url in the includes>helper-main-menu.php file. Then add in supporting css to keep it styled with the header as it responds so it doesn’t cause any issues.
We recommend Microlaner, Codeable or http://kriesi.at/contact/customization .
Cheers!
DevinMarch 25, 2014 at 2:10 am in reply to: Is it possible to place content types within other content types? #242447Hi cwisniewski!
You can turn on the debug window to see the raw ALB data: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
The shortcodes do not however support nesting right now so for some elements it will work and others it will not. We have been adding in support as we can but they were not originally coded in a way that allows nesting and in general WordPress doesn’t support nested shortcodes so it makes it a bit tricky.
Cheers!
DevinHey Matthew!
You’ve defined the height of the whole container which has the related products in them. Using the background image you can actually tell it to be attached to the top of the element instead of the center. Eg:
.single-product .alternate_color { background: transparent url(https://mrsjosephwood.com/wp-content/uploads/title-bar-store.png) center top no-repeat; }
Best regards,
DevinKriesi used to do that but we received so many complaints about it that it was removed. So now its up to the user to define their own header tags within the content for whatever they feel is best for SEO.
So on your home page you might have the initial opening statement or call to action text be the main h1 or something like that. You could even omit it as Kriesi has done which has not had any effect on his search ranking.
Hey gmmediadienste!
What start page? We don’t create the content on your pages for you. The theme is a skin for WordPress which lets you add in your own content and style it with the tools the theme provides.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
Looks like its a browser or computer specific issue, this is how it loads on my end:

DevinHey!
The LayerSlider integration is set up so that it can be added in and always be a fullwidth element. It isn’t ideal for dropping into other elements but it allows for the current iteration of popular layouts and fits the majority of users needs.
The responsiveness of it is a bit tough to get down. The individual elements need to be set up in a way that allows for the layout to shift considerably on lots of devices and still look good. The design, like all designs at this point in web dev, needs to have more flexibility than in previous years. This is the best advice I think we can give in that regard within the theme and outside of it.
Within a LayerSlider slide if you are using other shortcodes you would then also need to wrap those shortcodes in a grid since the theme doesn’t add in its grid system inside a layer. Without it there is nothing for the shortcodes inside to be force to adapt with.
We recommend lots of plugins for lots of different uses. It doesn’t mean our support extends to them. That is the job of the individual plugin developer.
Regards,
DevinHi!
Can we see your site with the current css in place? That way we can see what is preventing the broder-radius declaration to not work.
Best regards,
DevinHey Andrea!
Right now there is no setting or way to do that though Kriesi is working on adding that in for the next release.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
As far as I know LayerSlider doesn’t have a setting that would allow that kind of behavior.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
I only see the intro once on that first entry and in the second its the same.
Cheers!
DevinHi neillin!
This kind of customization is beyond what we can help you with through support. We recommend looking into a freelance developer from somewhere like Microlancer or Codeable.
Cheers!
DevinHi andypeck!
The theme has options for them when adding in the video to the color section or slideshow.
Best regards,
DevinWhen trying to solve a support request we typically ask questions that have answer which then can influence our ability to provide a solution to the main issue.
Permalinks in WordPress are a bit messy and understanding exactly how you have things set up can help provide an answer. If you’d like to diagnose it or modify the custom post type yourself you can read the codex entry here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types
Hey marijn!
You can use any of the many other available plugins to add in your tracking code, add it in manually (not a good idea) or try and wait for it to be recognized by google as sometimes it takes time for it to get recognized.

DevinHi kalyanveda!
You would need to hire a freelance developer to customize the menu styling. We recommend Microlancer, Codeable or http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Regards,
DevinHey!
The site doesn’t show any errors or anything like that on my end. You could try checking over your analytics data or visitor tracking but this isn’t really something we can offer any advice or support for.
Cheers!
DevinHi penumbra!
I’m not quite sure what you mean. Comments are already at the end of posts: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2011/02/17/aenean-vulputate-eleifend-tellus-aenean-leo-ligula/
Cheers!
DevinHey!
All theme requests go through: http://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-feature-requests
And unfortunately no we can not assist in customizing css of third party plugins through support though it is something Kriesi has talked about adding more support for down the road.
Cheers!
Devin1) Not sure why it wouldn’t be working but that is the correct way to do it since the 404.php is a core file. A 404.php in a child theme would be used first as long as the child theme is active. Make sure that you clear and disable your caching plugin when developing your site since you could mistakenly be viewing cached data instead of the live server pages.
The homepage button is an issue where the button has a minimum width it needs to be. In the layout you have that container gets too small when on some screen sizes. The best solution is to not use a button or change the layout so that it isn’t pushed into a container that is too small for it.
I’m having no issues with the lightbox effect on my end:
For the search, do you have a term or or something I can try to get different results? I just tried a few and the search page was the same as in the live search.
6) See: https://yoast.com/w3c-validation-seo/ . The IE fix would make the site overall less compatible with IE8 and the icon font ones would mean not using the icons throughout the site. The last one is how google fonts embed their own font files so its taking code from Google exactly as Google thinks it should be added in.

Hey Gary!
Have you tried the snippet from here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-main-menu-color/
The css you’ve pasted is incorrectly formatted so that may be the root issue. If you can provide a link to your site we can see what you have now as well.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
More specifically you can use:
.entry-content-wrapper .post-title { font-size: 30px; }
For the comment image spacing we would need to see the site live. By default it shouldn’t look like that and should instead be like in the demo: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2011/02/17/aenean-vulputate-eleifend-tellus-aenean-leo-ligula/
Regards,
DevinHey!
When you’ve downloaded the files and updated, what version number is shown in the style.css in the main theme folder?
I prefer not to log into users FTP accounts if possible.
Cheers!
