No, the font is pulled via a link which is set to get spit out in wp_head. It’ll be something like:

There is nothing different that needs to be done with the theme. My only suggestion would be to disable pretty permalinks (use the default setting) and then see if everything works. You may need to just delete the htaccess file/rules and let WordPress completely regenerate the file.

Devin1) You would need a copy of the previous theme version. You could then delete the live one and then upload the old files. We don’t keep older versions however so if you don’t have the previous copy that isn’t an option.
2) You can now use the header configuration tool to modify the header as needed. All previous css customization and child theme customization to the header.php should be removed.

Yes, the header.php and the header in general was changed substantially in the 2.6 update so you will either need to roll back to the previous version or re-do your customizations.

Not with anything built into the theme no. You would need to find a plugin that has a widget menu that you like and the install and use it.

Your best route would be to a find a plugin that does what you are looking for via javascript after the page is loaded. PrettyPhoto, which is already running in the theme does this already so you can look at that in the js folder as an example.
Its far beyond what we can assist with via support however as the depth of customization is pretty big.

You need to expand that div to be larger than the container. Right now its contained by the width.

No, the included mega menu doesn’t have any built in customization options. You *can* give it columns, titles, add image or html content into it from the WordPress menus manager however.

DevinWithin a text element in the ALB those are the only currently support shortcodes. Since the builder is already using shortcodes to create the content you would need to create additional shortcode on another page and the copy+paste them into the text element.
Not all elements are able to be nested at the moment which is why only those Kriesi has tested for are available when inside a text element.

Yes, this is correct as in the demo site: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/product/zoku-trioquick-pop-maker/ as well as part of WooCommerce’s default output.
You would need to customize the code output using the functions here to change the layout: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-woocommerce-single-product-page-layout/
This is only a model but its an example of how you can include a sidebar on the right hand side in the single product view. The container wrappers dictate the size of the columns and the php inside the functions is what outputs the product details.
If you aren’t familiar with what the code sample is showing then your best course of action is to look into a freelance developer from either Codeable or Envato studio since support isn’t able to help with customization like that.

Can you reply with a private reply (click the checkbox for set as private reply) with FTP and WordPress admin credentials. We’ve had a handful of these issues pop up with various users but to date have not been able to log in to the server, check things out and find a fix for when it happens as it isn’t very common.

Can we see the page live? Most elements have an automatic padding/margin on them to give the theme its overall look and feel of balanced white space so it would just need to be targeted and reduced with some css.

The theme has a auto created menu you can disable in the theme options>Sidebar tab. Look for “Page Sidebar navigation”. You can turn it off by unchecking the box and saving.

As far as I know you should be able to update on the main site/network and the theme will update and be available for the others. Personally I’m with Ismael and prefer updating over FTP on any site I manage since I can monitor all files and watch for any issues when its uploading.

Do you mean when you are adding post content using the visual editor? If so, that is a default WordPress function called wpautop: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wpautop
That codex entry has code you can add to your functions.php to remove the function from your content (post and page body).

DevinThe fullscreen slider wouldn’t be in a color section, sorry for the confusion. It would be used instead of a color section. Its under the Media elements tab in the builder.
I don’t know what you mean for importing in a single page.

You’ll want to use larger images than that to prevent any kind of pixelation on your portfolio items. It looks like you’ve already updated them with larger images which is the best solution here :)

The FTP information will be singular for your host but the program I use in the video is FileZilla.
