Hi!
Try clearing out W3TC cache completely, clearing any minification and settings and then trying it in FF again.

That was a featured added with the 2.5 update 2014 February 10:

DevinHi jzguest!
Go to your WordPress Settings->Reading and make sure that the home page is set to display most recent posts. Then in your theme settings that the theme has the home page and blog setup. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/setting-your-home-and-blog-pages/
Then go to your Settings->Permalinks and change the to default and see if that helps. After you can change it back to post name or whatever you had it set to previously.
If it doesn’t work at that point then you would need to try the steps posted in the codex here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_Permalink_Problems
Cheers!
DevinHey PaintedMidget!
Does the plugin allow you to only change the scripts to load in the footer on the front-end? If its modifying the backend (admin area) as well then that would be the root and unfortunately I don’t know of a fix for it.
Regards,
DevinHey royaltask!
Unfortunately that isn’t possible with the color section. Its a full width element only.
Cheers!
DevinHey ElementArt!
Did you paste the full script snippet you got from Google into the field in the theme options?
Regards,
DevinHey ElementArt!
Unfortunately to keep the theme cross browser compatible and to add a few of the more fancy effects it will never be fully w3c valid without removing those.
Even just making it work in IE8 means it wont pass validation.
Regards,
DevinHi!
The content was not in a one third block at all from what I can see. It was empty. It should be:
[av_two_third first]Add 2/3 Content here[/av_two_third] [av_one_third]Add 1/3 Content here[/av_one_third]
With all of the content inside of each.
Best regards,
DevinHi techint!
No, that isn’t currently supported with the portfolio post type and layout builder elements. You would need to fake it with categories and links to the categories but it wouldn’t be automated or truly nested like pages can be.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
We really aren’t able to assist with individual SEO questions/potential issues. There are so many variables involved and the SEO world changes constantly. So beyond theme questions your best resource would be the WordPress SEO documention or Yoast SEO’s site.
Cheers!
DevinYou would also need to make sure the same scripts and functions are loaded into the page from the header and footer. They will need to be in the same order as well.
Hi!
What are your settings under the main Layerslider area at the bottom? Mine for example on my live dev install:
Regards,
DevinThe FTP account has no folder access that I can see. It pulls up an empty directory.
At this point if this is only happening with the theme and are looking for an immediate resolution I would suggest getting a refund from ThemeForest and then switching to a different theme.
This is the only instance we’ve ever had of issues like this and I can only maybe guess there is a specific server side setting that is causing a fluke conflict with the theme.
Hey!
It looks like its resizing correctly now. Ex:

DevinJuly 26, 2014 at 11:54 pm in reply to: My slider is being cropped on different sized screens #296287Hey!
Please understand that LayerSlider is *not* programmed, written or directly supported by us here at Kriesi.at. We are doing our best to try and assist in getting the settings correct for you but ultimately the individual is responsible for setting up any slideshows and getting them to look exactly like you want.
If you want a more frustration free experience I would suggest picking up a copy of Revolution slider as I’ve found it to be superior to Layerslider. At Enfold’s initial release Layerslider was more popular which is why Kriesi purchased a license to include it in the theme instead of Revolution.
Creating multiple topics complaining about not getting support how you want and when you want is not going to help anyone.
Best regards,
DevinHi Kevin!
What kind of backup is it? It would depend on the backup type and then if it did backup the LayerSlider data or not.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
You could add the html for one in the header.php file, add css to get the same css effect or just add the css so it targets the menu ID. If you aren’t comfortable with the css a freelance developer from either Envato Studio or Codeable would be able to make the customization for you.
Regards,
DevinHey Valerian_TDS-CPV!
The advanced layout editor on posts is *not* supported by us. It has been purposely never been enabled for posts as it simply has not been tested for or had support built in for posts.
If you need a custom layout that isn’t available with theme options you can look into a freelance developer from somewhere like Envato Studio or Codeable.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
I’m not sure what you are looking for. That is the correct layout which is the same as in the theme demo: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/product/zoku-trioquick-pop-maker/
Regards,
DevinHi!
There shouldn’t be any reason why you can’t remove the message section. Try creating a completely new page and then re-doing the form there and saving.
The layout for that page could have gotten an error somehow which could cause the form not to properly render but in re-creating what you described above on my live dev install I’ve had no issues.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
As far as I know that isn’t available as an option or setting right now. There isn’t a way to apply a layout built with the ALB to all other archive/post layouts on the site.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
In this instance Kriesi makes the final decision on enabling/disabling them on mobile. With the number of issues that were previously reported with them – black screens etc even without autoplay – the overall fix at the time was to disable them on mobile for a more consistent UX.
Cheers!
DevinHey olafshiel!
Go to the theme options and then the Sidebar Layout tab. At the bottom of the options is a check box for “Page Sidebar navigation”. Uncheck it and then save.

DevinJuly 24, 2014 at 3:37 am in reply to: Does not work to change the width of fixed layout by using quick css #295234Glad we could help. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.
Hey SphereEvenements!
That is the WordPress custom menu widget with a menu selected. You would then need to use custom css to change the appearance of it as the theme doesn’t have customization options for it.
You can also look for a plugin that comes with more style options if you aren’t comfortable with CSS. Ex: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-vertical-accordion-menu/
Best regards,
DevinHi Zaccc!
In the theme options go to Sidebar Layout and change the “Sidebar on Archive Pages” option to one with a sidebar. The category is a WordPress archive template and so it inherits that option.
Cheers!
DevinJuly 23, 2014 at 10:54 pm in reply to: Does not work to change the width of fixed layout by using quick css #295176Hi kmotoyama!
None of the grid css above is in your Quick CSS at the moment: http://bpmaster.jp/bpa/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css
Which is why it isn’t taking effect. Make sure that you are saving after adding in the css and if you are using any caching plugins that you clear the cache so that the css file is live on the front end.

DevinJuly 23, 2014 at 10:52 pm in reply to: How to set the perfect portrait + landscape 'grid' in fullwidth masonry layout? #295175Hi junebug0283!
For the portfolio items you can tag them with
landscape
,portrait
or both to create portfolio items in a masonry layout that are double width/double height or both when used in the layout. The effect looks like this: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/masonry-portfolio/
Notice the tall phone and wide safe graphic.
