I also wrote to THRIVE and received this response this afternoon. Can you look into conflict with JS error for us, please? Thank you!

(you can read it all below but here is main snippet:
I tested this again and it seems the error in the console is still present
even with Enfold at its latest version. It is a JS(JavaScript ) error and it
makes reference to the theme. I then temporary switched to a default

As my colleague Alfred mentioned, Thrive Themes products are built according
to the WordPress codex. In other words, they’re built the way WordPress
software is supposed to be built and will work with any other plugin/theme
that was build according to the default WordPress codex.

Enfold seems to create a conflict with our products. I would recommend
reaching out to the developers of Enfold and ask them to have a look into the
issue as the know best how they developed their theme.

Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime.

    Best regards,
    Razvan

    Hi Rikard,

I just added the token and updated the theme but that did not seem to do the trick. I still get the sliding green balls when I get to this stage – Designing the Appearance of Your Opt-In Form – all I get are the 5 sliding green balls and it will not load the templates.

Thank you for the help you can provide!

    Hi Ismael,

It’s working now because last night after searching forum, I found “fix” to use ##.

    What then should I do?

    Many thanks,

Now another issue is that http://www.meditationinboston.org/confidence comes up with the parse error but http://meditationinboston.org/confidence doesn’t which is a new problem! What can I do?

in reply to: WooCommerce Cart – Parse Error #785849

is this enough FTP info I have provided for you to help?

    Hi Josue,

Where would I input this code? I’ll certainly give it a try!

    Many thanks again!

    Hi Josue,

Brilliant suggestion! OK, so that solved one thing… it eliminated the black bar on right hand side as the video slide transitions to second static image. Now, however, when the page loads the static snow image i added shows up first (in Chrome and Safari…. doesn’t fill full screen but i can fix that in photoshop) THEN it still has that complete black image, the two lines of text animate on screen and finally the snow video image.

Could it be an issue with amount of “memory” we have allotted to this site? (on server?) Could we have too many pages? I really don’t know much about the innards of these things as you can tell!

I will email link to a great site with slider video which I can’t find at this moment and have to run to work… I appreciate all your help!

    Regards,
    Deb

    Hi, Josue,

That’s odd and great! So you did not see a fully black slider as the page loaded for a second or two before the snow video slider started?

I have tried this on both my Macbook Air and desktop iMac, both 2014 models, running OS X 10.10. I have tried in both Safari and Chrome and still see that 1 second full black slider as site loads.

Could this also have to do with settings on our web provider?

    I’ve provided log-in credentials below…. THANK YOU!

in reply to: Tables: how to add hyperlink to text #573406

    Hi Elliott,

Thank you!!! I didn’t realize those cells opened up like that! I tried another cell just as you had but with different page and it worked. Thank you!

Yes, the video is a bunch of snow falling. But even after emptying browser cache it still loads around a second or so of pure black in the slider space before the blue/snow video starts. Then a thick black bar between first video slide and next image which is static. I reduced size of video from 2 or 3 mb to 500kb but still same effect.

Any ideas? Do you see the black before the snow starts? I usually use Safari but also just tried on Chrome but same deal.

    Thank you again!

    All best,
    Deb

    Hi Elliott,

    Private log-in info below—

One other thing— this morning I downloaded a short video loop from Shutterstock to use as background on slider which worked with test clip (that still had Shutterstock watermark) but when I used the real video clip I purchased, all that shows up is a black background.

I have moved this slider to the 5th one in our slider list if you could check that out also? I converted the format of the video from an .mov format to both a .m4v and .webm which i believe are supported but with no luck.

    What am I doing wrong??

    THANK YOU so much!!
    All best,
    Deb

    Hi Elliott,

Part two: the CLICK HERE from above is a paste of your suggestion to do this: Click here

If you think it would be helpful for you to look at the page from within our log-in I am happy to do that.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Elliott!

    Thank you for your response!

I am sorry but I do not know much about the coding so the second suggestion is overwhelming for me!

If I try first suggestion can you mimic what it would look like for me?

    Here’s the Table page: http://www.meditationinmass.org/year-at-a-glance/
Let’s take the Jan. 5 – Jan. 27 line- what I would like to link is:
The Happiness of Contentment to this page: http://www.meditationinmass.org/the-happiness-of-contentment/

What would that look like based upon your suggestion to do this:

And I just paste all that in the cell? Sorry for the confusion! I am learning so much about all this and you guys have been really, really helpful!

    Many thanks,
    Deb

    HI RIKARD,

I do believe this worked! I will rebuild the main menu and let you know if I run into further difficulties but i think it will be OK.

Thank you for all your help. You guys are fabulous!

    Best,
    Deb

    Hi Basilis,

    Thank you for your response.

Our menu is not incredibly big but maybe too much so? Can you take a look at it? http://www.meditationinmass.org

We only use Enfold so I have no idea about other themes, sorry to say!

How would one try to reallocate space or memory to make it work?

    Thanks!

Thank you! It was the AVI key that was not allowing it to update. Fixed that!

    Much appreciated!

    Dear Yigit,

THANK YOU so much! Will test this out shortly and let you know how we did!

    Much appreciated.

    All best,
