Ismael, there is now only one link to view:
http://eastsidegynecology.com/test-eastside-gynecology-private-abortion-clinic-in-nyc/The error occurs when the page width is below 990 pixels. Set you width to 768px and refresh and you’ll see the accordion below the slider is empty when it should have a Gravity Form in it. We were previously told there was a javascript error being thrown in the embedded jssor slider above the form. I cannot see how that has anything to do with the form not being seen while the slider displays perfectly.

Also as an fyi, I conversed with the folks at Gravity Forms on my forms used. Since there are conditional fields used they suggested I duplicate the form and use one for 990 and over and the other for under 990 pixels. Over 990 the form appears to the right of the slider and under 990 it is within an accordion under a different slider.
The first link is gone, I could not leave them all up since Google scans our site frequently. This link is the one to view the errors – you’ll still need the password:

Ismael, please read the post above the last. The password is noted there. You’ll also get a better understanding of the issue.
If you look at the page “Does Not Display Okay”, for resolutions under 990px I have the same form embedded in an accordion and it renders perfectly. Problem is for resolutions over 990px where the form is located to the right of the slider.
Any astute assistance would be appreciated.
Okay support, enough of the finger pointing. This issue IS CERTAINLY NOT and issue with the Supsystic Slider used on the page. There are two URLs below. Both are WP password protected (password to view is ESGTEST) so as to avoid any SEO headaches. Kindly let me know where Enfold is botching up so it can be fixed.

Victoria,
I am aware there is an error in this page otherwise the Gravity Form would show up instead of just the column header that says SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. However the error you claim is the culprit is not what I show is the problem. It appears Enfold is the issue. Please refer to the screenshot at: https://prnt.sc/jovgpp – Looks like jquery-migrate is the issue. The form loads fine here: http://eastsidegynecology.com/test-contact-us/
But not here: http://eastsidegynecology.com/test-eastside-gynecology-private-abortion-clinic-in-nyc/Support crew?? You there? Simple question posed, would like to hear from you.
I had the Enfold settings for the blog page set to the news page and nothing showed up that I had created in the advanced editor. You can see from the screenshot above that it disregarded what was in the grid row and just dumped the unformatted blog content on the page. Why exactly would this happen? When I created the replacement page and did not select the blog page in the Enfold settings, all showed up just fine.
Why would something change up on its own?
This even gets stranger. I just duplicated the “news” page and called it “media”. When I view the page outside the editor it shows all my news posted correctly formatted as shown in the first screenshot. I rename it to “news” and back to the incorrect display as shown in graphic #2.
That’s just plain stupid. I have no blog page selected in the Enfold them options.
PERFECTION!! Thank you kindly.
Thanks for the effort Nikko but that just centers things all the time. I only want centering to happen under 990px.
The way it is now everything looks fine 990 and above and below 768. It’s in between that it looks like the center panel of the screenshot I sent.Vinay, you have any luck with this? Seems relatively simple but the fix is eluding me.
I sure can:
Would it be safe to assume that this fix was NOT included in todays’s 4.2.2 update?
Yigit, thanks for replying. I took mensmaximus’ advice and simply changed the php version of the two affected sites to 7.1.13 rather than 7.2.1 for now – they are fine under 7.1.13. I wanted to see where you folks were at insofar as 7.2.1 was – you answered that question. I’ll leave these well enough alone for now. You might just want to note to the devs that there is an issue with 7.2.1 and av-helper-masonry.php when they get around to messing with 7.2.1 – I cannot have client sites be guinea pigs for testing.
Weird thing is though on a couple of really basic sites I changed to 7.2.1 and all looks okay. But I guess I’ll really find out when I go to do something else with them.
Thanks for the info mensmaximus. Have not tried 7.1 but will consider once support jumps in here to add their piece. It seems to be Enfold though and not a plugin file (av-helper-masonry.php).
Ditto on the dev responsibility for disclosure. Experienced users mostly will be running php7 or higher just for the security and performance factors alone. But there are times where we cannot for various reasons. It IS NOT the purchasers job to GUESS what will work and what will not work. Remember devs, if we don’t buy or extend support poof goes your paychecks. We pay the bills – PLAIN AND SIMPLE business.
How about you disclose the UPCOMING update in the forums along with some pertinent information BEFORE releasing it for Themeforest distribution? This may help some folks out who otherwise may have issues.
Thank you sir. This is typical of Kriesi nowadays.
Thanks for the info but it is still 4.2 here and even after CHECK MANUALLY.
Same here. SUPPORT => it is just plain ignorant to not answer us quickly when there is a site security issue fixed.
Also, it makes sense to distribute the update to TF’s update channel so it IS THERE and we can update from within WP. I don’t want to be doing this manual update bs.Rikard, you have ava_after_main_menu in your solution. I want the widget “topbar” in the secondary menu bar above everything else. It works with avia_meta_header. The widget will take the place of the secondary which normally appears at the top right.
December 14, 2017 at 12:00 pm in reply to: Easy Slider Management NOT LAYER or FULL WIDTH SLIDER #888836Hi Rikard,
Here’s the website:Easy slider does not have the GUI configuration options which are available in Full Width Slider. Cannot change text/overlay colors or positioning from inside of Enfold. Only with CSS efforts.
Unless you have a way to get full width into where I have my slider, creating 4 sliders with varying text and positions is simply a pain.
To note: at least Enfold will not let me drag any slider other than Easy Slider in the grid ow or column. Tried 3 different slider plugins and they all ran across the entire page width overlaying the insurance icons on the right.
It’s already in #881407 above. There’s a screenshot. I want the same thing that I have on the left done on the right where there is only a text link
Thanks for replying Victoria but this has absolutely nothing to do with coding of a tel: link.
The issue remains that there is no way to get a shortcode to work as a menu item in the secondary menu. If you have a solution, I am all ears. However, when I get sent to links to add widgets to the header, and that have nothing to do whatsoever with what I am trying to do, it is a problem. That topic referenced HEADER > EXTRA ELEMENTS > HEADER SECONDARY MENU > “Phone Number or small info text- AREA” ultimately which is NOT what I am speaking about. That button I placed worked just fine.
November 25, 2017 at 11:39 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder – not loading on certain pages, stucked on spinning circle #881558Thanks for acknowledging the issue Rikard. I am good for now. If something goes awry, I’ll touch base but there is nothing odd about the install I have or the content placed. I’ll wait to see what your experts come up with to fix it.
And I tried what you said about adding a widget to the header, it did it below the top bar. I want the shortcode button to render EXACTLY where the testing word is shown on the right. The shortcode I added on the Extra Info /phone area on the left took the first time around.
This is getting old, this should just work right out of the box.Jordan, thanks for replying but it seems you’re not understanding WHERE I want the button. The links you sent refer to the Extra ELEMENTS of the topbar. What I want is the shortcode as the sole element in the Secondary menu at the right. I want the same style button as you see on the left where I have “testing” on the right in the secondary menu.
So, in short, the extra info field will take a shortcode generated by a plugin without any extraneous css changes?
What about using a shortcode within the secondary menu at the top right? Need specifics on how to do this.
