June 18, 2020 at 4:27 pm in reply to: Bug in Content-Elememt "Animierte Ziffern": Klick öffnet immer in neuem Fenster #1223787Hey Victoria,
no problem. See below. It’s our staging site which is a duplicate of live and has same problem. Check counter on page “home”.
Thanks in advance,

March 28, 2020 at 3:46 pm in reply to: Content Element "Button": problem with manual link with array in url parameter #1198606I just deactivated my plugin “Holler Box” and then the Classic Editor is hidden again. Do you have an idea, why “Holler Box” and “Enfold” have compatibility issues? Any ideas to resolve it?

March 28, 2020 at 3:40 pm in reply to: Content Element "Button": problem with manual link with array in url parameter #1198603Hi Victoria,
I think, we talk at cross-purposes. I know, that I have debug mode enabled. But the effect, I wrote about, is, that the AVIA editor *and* the Classic Editor are both enabled. Resulting in displaying all the shortcodes at the very top of the page (not at the bottom, where the debug window is located). Please see my screenshot from before (you have to copy and paste it to browser address bar).
I think, it is the same problem mentioned e.g. here and here.
I do not know, why it is suddenly displayed. Perhaps it has nothing to do with your visit on our website. But, anyways, it would be great, if you could help me to turn that thing off again.
Thanks,

RobertMarch 25, 2020 at 8:41 pm in reply to: Content Element "Button": problem with manual link with array in url parameter #1197856Okay, I understand: I have to use the brackets in the URL url encoded. Then it works!
But one thing: after you were on my website, I now have a shortcode view before AVIA editor. That is not nice. How can I disable this? See screenshot. It is on _every_ page now, not only the one page you checked!

Use a link with square brackets in it, please. They are encoded, if I post it here…Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js?
I had the same problem in Safari (mobile and desktop) and this fix resolved my issue. Thank you!

RobertMay 17, 2019 at 10:52 am in reply to: WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels and Enfold Masonry Grid for Products #1101716Hi Günter,
thank you very much for analyzing this! I feared something like this, but it is like it is. I still have a 30-day-get-money-back guaranty from WooCommerce, that I can use and will return the labels plugin.
Best regards,

thanks for your offer!
I give you a download link in private area. It is the original zip archive you can install directly from Plugins section in WP backend.
Please ask, if you need more information/access or something.

RobertSeptember 21, 2018 at 8:51 am in reply to: Animations not working; but they do when logged in backend. #1012685Thank you very much for your hints. Nothing worked. But I found the issue now: the problem was caused by a misconfigured plugin “WP-PIWIK”. “WP-PIWIK” is not loaded when logged in to admin backend, that’s the reason why animations worked then.
Disabling the plugin solved the problem.
Thanks much for your support!
Greetings,
