Hi Ismael,
I think our developer did that to relocate the tab element into the right hand column instead of where it now appears.
see example in PVTSeptember 16, 2019 at 2:19 pm in reply to: Latest Update and Cookies Tab Table on EVERY product page #1138823Hi Ismael,
I did not add any custom scripts but our web developer may have. I think he certainly altered stuff for the layout of the Single Product Pages. I have asked him to confirm and take a look.
That aside, I have updated to 6.4.2 with no obvious changes or effect. What is also weird is that the Modal Popup Window that can come up is a bit intermittent. Sometimes if I try to access it from “Adjust Settings” in the bottom popup bar the window comes up with only the title showing “Cookies & Privacy Settings” and nothing else. Then I can hover my mouse over the white area (where the tabbed content should be) and a button will appear that says “Adjust Settings” again. But it has remained hidden until then. Very Weird. Doesn’t happen all the time, just occasionally.

screen shot of Single Product PageSeptember 13, 2019 at 7:50 am in reply to: Latest Update and Cookies Tab Table on EVERY product page #1137807Thanks for the reply
Having read the info and your reply as well I am still at a loss as to how either of the 2 actions stops the tabbed info/options table from appearing on each single product page. And why it is currently appearing there and only there throughout the whole site and nowhere else. How come it doesn’t appear on other normal pages anywhere for instance?
Is what I am seeing on the single product pages what you call a “modal pop up window”?September 12, 2019 at 6:59 am in reply to: Latest Update and Cookies Tab Table on EVERY product page #1137395Hi Ismael
If you look at the link in the initial post of this thread I did actually place a link there to a screenshot. However I have placed it again in the pvt content of this post. The tabular cookie consent table is not something that I am aware of initiating in the body of a text box for every single product page in our Woocommerce products. I cannot see a way to remove it in the advanced layout. The only way I can remove it is by switching off cookie consent altogether. But then I think that is not legal.
To be honest, now all this functionality has become active I have no clue what to do and what not to do. It’s all a bit confusing. Ohhh for the simple cookie consent bar and just clicking on accept. :(September 9, 2019 at 9:47 pm in reply to: Latest Update and Cookies Tab Table on EVERY product page #1136216This reply has been marked as private.September 6, 2019 at 6:21 pm in reply to: Latest Update and Cookies Tab Table on EVERY product page #1135048Hi Vinay
I updated, it didn’t do anything. I therefore resorted to disabling Cookie content messages altogether to get rid of it and take the risk.
Have to say, it is a change that is a bit unsupported with limited advice for a non-techie such as myself.September 6, 2019 at 6:18 pm in reply to: Cookies Consent Bar keeps coming back every page even if you click ok #1135046Thanks for your feedback although I find your somewhat cryptic answer with “hints” rather than direct assistance to be a little frustrating as well asa comment about it being a non-issue.
I did update to 4.6.1 to try to clear the issue but it had no effect. So, have switched it off and took the risk.August 9, 2019 at 11:03 am in reply to: Unable to display Woocommerce Category ID's in a grid as I used to #1126163Thanks Ismael,
That did the trick! I have no idea how those parameters went missing in the first place??

CraigMay 5, 2019 at 12:31 pm in reply to: Woocommerce content-product.php template out of date even after latest update #1097396Hi Mike,
Thanks for your response.
You are indeed correct in some part BUT I was actually referring to 2 Files
content-product.php which is the core template file located in the Woocommerce plugin directory after a “successful” update with a current core version number of 3.60 located at wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/[path-to-the-template]
And the overriding template version of the Woocommerce core version of content-product.php which is located at deliciousoilsandvinegars/woocommerce/content-product.php (wp-content/themes/[path-to-theme]) which has a current version number of 3.4.0 and thus out of date.It was my understanding that the Enfold theme does not use a “raw” version of Woocommerce but rather overrides certain template files which can be a problem if Woocommerce updates their plugin including certain core templates and the changes have not been applied in an Enfold update for Woocommerce. But, I could of course be wrong.
Regardless of this fact, the core version of content-product.php is out of date in my Child Theme, despite both my version of Woocommerce plugin being the latest version and the version of Enfold parent theme also being the latest version.
You asked how I noticed this?
If you look at the Dashboard, the first thing you see is there is a notice from Woocommerce saying the following;
“Your theme (Delicious Oils and Vinegars (Enfold Child)) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:1. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
2. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again. My guess is that I need to do option 2. although I am not sure how to do this so may need to enlist the services of a web developer to do it for me.
If you look in Woocommerce settings it says clearly which template is out of date;
Overrides deliciousoilsandvinegars/woocommerce/archive-product.php,
deliciousoilsandvinegars/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0,
deliciousoilsandvinegars/woocommerce/content-product_cat.phpRegards

I had the same problem trying to upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 and was getting repeated failures from within Dashboard update attempts of “download forbidden” despite having validated my key and having it authorised for all the correct things.
The only way to solve the issue that I managed was to use the installed plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”. I then downloaded just the Enfold theme update zip file from Themeforest and then uploaded it and proceeded to install it.
It updated the theme and removed the old version and all appears to be ok.
Hope that assists other users in some way.
However, c’mon guys get your act together it shouldn’t be this problematical. And I pity those poor developers or website managers that have many sites to update in one go for their clients.
Best regardsCraig
No problem there are many people asking for it back so who knows.
Good to know for other users though.Ismael,
It would appear that as long as the product has not been published and saved as draft status one can still preview changes. However, at the point that product becomes published there is no way to preview and future changes or (as far as I can see) save it in draft mode again.Regards
CraigHi Ismael,
There is more info on Github here
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/20641Hi Ismael, What version WooCommerce are you using 3.5.1?
It is interesting you say that you see the preview button when editing products because I saw yesterday on WooCommerce forums that the developers of WooCommerce had taken the decision to remove this preview functionality after the last version update.Changelog from version 3.5.0
* Tweak – Hide Preview button when creating new products, as most fields aren’t set up for it. #20650Hi Victoria, so your suggestion is to consider using Wordfence or some other plugin?
I am already using Defender Pro and Akismet and it is still happening. We have a Gravity Form in use and that is not getting any spammy mail it would appear to be only the Enfold generic Contact Form that it attracting spam like moths to flame.
It could, of course, be a complete coincidence but it only started to occur after the last update we did.
Can you confirm why the Enfold Contact Form does not require a key id and secret key for the use of Recaptcha?I’m wondering whether it is because Captcha/ReCaptcha has been stopped by Google and now replaced by ReCaptcha v2 And v3?
Normally you need to set up a Secret Key and ID for your site domain, don’t you? I don’t see that anywhere within the Enfold settings. Our site has recently exhibited the same behaviour via the contact form page. So, are you saying that it is just coincidence that all these posters noticed the same thing around the same time?
If it is a result of an attack by spam-my links how is that to be averted or dealt with? Any suggestions?September 25, 2018 at 2:32 pm in reply to: What is the correct size px by px for a video fallback image #1014193Hi @guenni007 and @rikard,
I used inspector within the browser and the created an image the same size as the video element – 569px by 320px which seemed to work fine. What I was originally wanting to know was whether there was a standard px width x height that Enfold required so that the image would not distort or zoom in too far as a result.
I didn’t get that answer anywhere. But at least through my method, I figured it out for my purposes. :)August 25, 2018 at 8:58 am in reply to: YouTube videos in media element not displaying on mobile #1001535Hi it’s fine to close it. Sorry for the premature panic. 😊

July 19, 2018 at 2:45 pm in reply to: How to get Twitter Social Share element to display Summary with large image? #987422Hi Ismael,
So anyone clicking on that button just generates that “Share a link with your Followers” thing?
But, if you then check the Twitter feed the Summary with large image is actually what gets posted.
Is that correct?
So there isnt a way of generating a preview of the tweet they are going to make before they make it basically, is that correct?Regards

We are getting someone from codeable to do that for us and then will see if it is still occurring.June 22, 2018 at 7:46 am in reply to: Why don't my Woocommerce subcategories display in 3 columns? #976126Hi Basilis,
