Brilliant! Thank you for pointing out that the image itself had a line and for the code to remove the space on top. Both are now fixed.
Now, can you please help to reduce the space between Layout Elements on just that one page?
And to reduce the space between the image and the text “Compare Long…” inside of the Text Block on just that one page.

To avoid all the Child Theme header issues everyone is having can you please identify what we need to modify in our Child Theme header.php ?
Many of us are reluctant to upgrade from Enfold 3.5.4 to Enfold 3.6.1

I have a custom header.php in my child theme as well, but have yet to update to Enfold 3.6 since so many users are having so many problems.Just out of curiosity I Disabled the Firewall feature inside the Wordfence plugin while it was still running and presto – I was able to edit the element icon inside the cell.

GoDaddy is full of it. Since GoDaddy’s servers are notorious for sending spam, many third party spam detectors (e.g.: https://www.spamhaus.org/) blacklist GoDaddy’s servers. If asked, GoDaddy will admit to this.
Here is how I addressed this same issue:
1. make sure the form is sent to two emails (the first from your domain, the second ideally a gmail or yahoo account) by placing a comma and space between the two email addresses
2. include (Email address hidden if logged out) in the from field

3. install the Contact Form DB plugin for be sure every completed form is captured – great plugin!

The Enfold ThemeForest website still shows a 3.4.4 version on the changelog.
Can you please update the Enfold ThemeForest website to say what you just explained, “if it says you are using 3.4.3 then you are using the latest version.”
That way users know the changelog is incorrect?
Or, maybe a version 3.4.5 that corrects this issue?

Is anyone able to run the Transients Cleaner plugin and then “Check Manually” in the parent Enfold Theme Update tab, then update and have the Enfold Theme say?:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.4)”After doing so, all I see is:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”If not, can Enfold please fix this? Thanks!

Having run the transient cleaner plugin (removing expired and all transients in that order) and clicking “Check Manually” in the parent Enfold Theme Update tab a few minutes ago, it still says: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”.
And, with GB doing an upload update, the Envato server must still have the old old Enfold 3.4.3.
Seems like all approaches are failing.
I am sure Enfold will fix this soon.

Inside the Enfold Child General Layout the setting should be Stretched Layout.

1. I needed to fix the Widgets. The AVH Extended Categories Plugin Widget had to be recreated due to an update of the Plugin after the WordPress 4.2 update. I believe the Enfold 3.1.5 update wiped out the Sidebar settings inside Enfold on the Pages and Blog Posts, so I recreated the Extended Categories and reset the Sidebar settings.
2. The company name, address, and copyright that disappeared from the Footer were sent to the Inactive Widgets (inside Appearance) at the bottom of the Widget Pages. I had to move the Text Widget back into the Footer box.

I deactivated all the Plugins and tried again, but had the same problem.
The Sidebar for individual Blog posts is blank and no longer has the categories and extended categories it used to have, as seen in the Old Photo link above.Thank you.

Thank you for your help in removing the large white border on the top of the header on the iPad for http://dev.skloff.com . There is now a large white border on the bottom of the header on the iPhone. The white phone number on the right hand corner of http://www.skloff.com is not appearing and on the desktop, iPad and iPhone for http://dev.skloff.com even though I input it on Header: Extra Elements: Display in top bar at the right. The phone number appears above the centered logo inside of the header on the iPhone for http://www.skloff.com .I left the Header: Mobile Menu: Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items box blank but the scroll down menu that appears on the iPhone for http://www.skloff.com is gone on the iPhone for http://dev.skloff.com .
The photo on the header seems distorted (all the buildings are skinny and the bottom of the photo seems cutoff) even though it is the same file http://blog.skloff.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/skyline-header1.jpg as http://www.skloff.com .
Please note: I always check http://www.skloff.com, then http://dev.skloff.com to see how all changes look at on desktop, iPad and iPhone at so I know what visitors will see. Can you please take a look? Thank you.

Despite setting the Header Layout to Header display “Logo left, Menu below” on February 19, the menu on http://dev.skloff.com looks nothing like http://www.skloff.com .
I don’t see any changes since February 21, when I replaced the Child Theme header.php with the Parent Theme header.php at http://dev.skloff.com . The white phone number on the right hand corner of http://www.skloff.com is not appearing and on the desktop, iPad and iPhone for http://dev.skloff.com . There is a large white border on the top and bottom of the header on the iPad and iPhone for http://dev.skloff.com .
Can you please take a look at Enfold Child: Stylesheet (style.css) and the 2 quick css codes? Since the upgrade to the new Enfold is not backward compatible, maybe some modifications have to be removed to avoid conflict? Thank you.
