Hi Yigit
Thanks so much. I just unblocked you. It’s a security measure on the hosting platform.
Appreciate your help with this.
All the best.

Thanks so much for your help. And yes you can, just checked with my customer (she is a candidate for upcoming the local council elections) but she won’t send out links to the website for another week, so most likely traffic will be low and all good. On 17.09.2021 there will be traffic directed to the website.
Please let me know how you go.
Thanks again.
CorinaSeptember 6, 2021 at 11:45 am in reply to: Anchor Points don'w work when direct link is given #1319858Hi Rikard
Thanks, heaps. Yes it only happens in WhatsApp & iMessage (haven’t tested other platforms), when I click on the following link
If I manually add the link to the browser it works.
It also works on WhatsApp Desktop and iMessage on Desktop. Only on Mobile, it doesn’t work.My client would like to add this link to her WhatsApp status to direct someone directly to the ‘news’ section but it always jumps to ‘Contact’ on mobile.
Thanks. Corina
please close. Solved it. It was the custom list style. Thanks, Corina
Thanks Rikard
Imagify helped out.
all the best, corina@Xerovision. Thanks so much. I was doing testing, possibly whilst you checked and figured it is the Imagify plugin. Now turned on again (the plugin) …hopefully someone knows why it is interferring.
I definitely have it set in the Enfold theme (transparent header with white logo) and the page is set to ‘transparent header’.
Thanks.
CorinaJuly 13, 2021 at 3:43 pm in reply to: Mobile Alignment of Masonry and Grid Container with Image (—padding left/right) #1309978Hi Mike
Thanks so much. It works at the top but the last video still has the massive padding? Also, I tried to do this initially via a custom ID assigned to the grid element before writing and asking for help, but it did not overwrite the standard padding on mobile view.
Thanks so much.
CorinaJuly 5, 2021 at 10:16 am in reply to: Mobile Alignment of Masonry and Grid Container with Image (—padding left/right) #1308735Hi Rikard
Thank you so much for your help. It’s coming from the grid.css. Caching is now turned off and below a link to the screenshot of where this css sits at.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/j04p4p1slnu2ob5/Screen%20Shot%202021-07-05%20at%2010.12.21%20am.png?dl=0I tried to set this css to 0 instead of the 8% but it applies it to everything (also the text above and on other pages) and that needs to remain the same.
Thank you.
CorinaThanks Yigit, that worked a charm. Appreciate your help.
This can now be closed.
Have a nice day.
All the best, CorinaHello Ygit
Thanks so much for your help. Although Solution 1 resized the font size for price on the single page. It also resized it for the element ‘you may also like’ or ‘related products’ at the bottom of each product page.
Is there a way to only resize it on the price after the product description?
Thanks heaps.
CorinaAwesome. Thanks heaps Nikko.
All the best, CorinaHi Nikko
Thanks heaps for your prompt reply and fix. Appreciate it.
One question. I now get big warning messages when I login. Are these to be ignored and then with the next Enfold update I can remove the plugin?Thanks so much for clarifying.
Kindest,
CorinaNovember 20, 2020 at 2:44 pm in reply to: Mobile Menu – Switch with WooCommerce Shopping Cart #1261788Hey Ismael
Thanks for providing this code, appreciate it. It came a bit too late, as I solved it myself in the meantime respectively rather I had to engage a developer.
Just a quick note on this support ticked and the response of your team. I first of all have to say I have been using Enfold for years and years and in many of my projects and loved it, still do. But the quality and reliability as well as experience of support here has based on my personal experience slowed considerably and lost in reliability over the past year. I don’t know, maybe my enquiries are too silly and not worth looking into. I also know that a lot of time you deliver more than what you have to within your support and that was one of the reason I stuck with Enfold.
But if your support asks for a link that is clearly placed in the private content of my first post, then I am a bit lost. Since this was fairly urgent for me I engaged a developer and paid US$ 600.00 to fix the mobile menu and also the issue of the custom CSS not being applied at the front end.
Now to the custom CSS not being applied and I am hopeful this may help someone else, as I’ve seen this question asked a few times, with no solution. My developer said in the end after digging around for some time it looking at plugins etc, it was ‘switching on / save / switching off / save’ the ‘Delete old CSS / Java Scrip files’ in the performance option.
Again, the above is just my experience and maybe it’s the nature of my questions. But in saying that I’d much rather pay a bit more for a theme to have fast support available if required.
I still love Enfold and I hope you can take it to the next level. It still is a great product and an easy one to use for my customers. But I also need reliable support as I have delivery deadlines.
Thanks heaps,

Another thing that started to happen on this website yesterday. For some reason all of a sudden it’s not applying all the custom CSS I added on the Theme-Editor. It was applying it and then it stopped. It is applying some but not all (for example I restyled the logo, mega menu etc. The styling is there in the css but it’s not applying it. When I apply the same css in Firefox Dev Inspector, the css works.
The following things I already tried
— disabled all plugins
— checked the css in the W3C css validator
— cleared all caches, disabled WP Rocket
— updated all installs to the latest versionI don’t quite know what to do anymore and appreciate your help.

All the best, CorinaOctober 10, 2020 at 5:07 pm in reply to: Colour Section Background Image (animated gif) not sowing on ipad #1251906Hi Mike
Sorry for my late reply too and thank you so much for your help. Truly appreciate it.
I can see it is now there on my 12″ iPad Pro but for some reason it sits nearly at the top of the screen and does look quite stretched. Any reason why that would be? It should look the same as it does on the computer screen, but resize it according to screen size?It is a Background Image in a colour section, set to stretch to fit the screen with focus on center/center, but it does not seem to stretch on the iPad screen? and definitely not centred? Also it keeps looping on the iPad but it shouldn’t it’s not set to loop?? Once it stops it should just display the word ‘Akkomplice’, which on the laptop/desktop it does.
Thanks so much.

Yes same hosting company, it is my dev server.
Thanks, CorinaOctober 14, 2019 at 9:14 am in reply to: Portfolio Grid — Sorting default to first category not working in Translation #1147755Hey Nikko
I am following up with this, as I now have a clean install without hummingbird and it still does not apply the default to first sort category function in the English translation.
— correction it does apply but it takes ages to load the script in the english translation.
install is now on domain below.
Any idea why? Would appreciate help as I am at a loss.
Thanks heaps.

CorinaSeptember 30, 2019 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Portfolio Grid — Sorting default to first category not working in Translation #1143426Hi Nikko
Thanks for the explanation. But what does this mean? I can’t use the plugin? Is there a fix? Do I need to contact Hummingbird? Does it mean Hummingbird is not compatible with WPML?
Appreciate your help in understanding how to solve this. Thanks so much.
& all the best,
CorinaHi Victoria
Sure, sorry about the delay, I was out of the office for a couple of days.
Here’s the mobile view, where the title is top aligned (should be bottom, like on desktop)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7i2ilgyofra2iuv/NN%20-%20Mobile%20View.jpeg?dl=0Here’s Desktop view with title bottom aligned, which is correct:

thanks heaps.
CorinaFebruary 23, 2019 at 5:51 am in reply to: Contact Form Text-Area. Font appears double overlayed when typing #1070564Hi Victoria
Safari, latest install.
Thank you
Corinahmmm reinserting the ‘full logo’ seems to have fixed it. Could you check if on your end on mobile it shows the logo with ‘NN’ only and on desktop it shows the full ‘Nourished + Nurtured’.
Thanks so much.
CorinaHi Vinay
You are misunderstanding me. The NN logo, which you now inserted EVERYWHERE should only be on mobile view but not on Desktop or ipad view.
It is now everywhere. The code you provided to me ages ago made this possible. but it stopped working with the last updated.
The NN logo should not be on desktop and iPad on these devices it should display the full logo.
I reverted now to the original full logo.
Thanks, CorinaHi Vinay
Thanks so much for looking into it. That is correct. The issue with the NN logo on the website is resolved. BUT the NN logo is the one that is supposed to be showing on mobile view and it is not.
You guys gave me this code a while ago to load a different logo into mobile view:
/* mobile */
add_filter(‘avf_logo’,’av_change_logo’);
function av_change_logo($logo)
{
if(wp_is_mobile() )
{
$logo = “https://nourishedandnurtured.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/nn_logo-mark_only.png”;
}
return $logo;
}But it stopped working with the last enfold update.
Thanks heaps.
CorinaHi Rikard
Thanks for the reply. The issue is that it loads the wrong logo. You sent me a code snippet a while ago which displays an alternative logo but it doesn’t seem to work anymore. If you go up in this conversation thread, you can see that I referenced the code and that it is no longer working.
It stopped working with the last Enfold updated.
Thanks so much.
CorinaHi Victoria
That is very strange. I definitely cleared the cache via the button from Comet Cache up top (right hand side in the black bar) several times. Did you clear it somewhere else?Also the mobile logo is not loading since the update. See screenshot below. What do I have to do to load a different logo for mobile since the update? The code I currently use is further up in this conversation.
Thanks heaps.
