The issue is that the grid is getting small, while the text headline and the button or not responsive.
We can not make the line bigger, but we can help you make the Text and Button smaller, if that works out for you.Let us know

You can manually download from themeforest under your profile and upload it through FTP.
That timeout is regarding the server ( or sometimes the themeforest API ) and we can not do much to help to be honest.You can still update through FTP and it will solve your issues

That is the way the HTML is been rendered into the element.
The best solution actually, is to create a shortcode please with your HTML and then use it anywhere you want.

That is possible with an iframe, but why not you use a 3column widgets, and add a text html widget inside it and just make the elements

That is not actual a bug, but it does require some further customization to make it work properly ( with some custom CSS as it seems based on your needs ).
The best case scenario is to hire a freelancer to help you with your process.

We can see the video but it is hard to identify where the issue is or what can be wrong.

What do you want to load at the widgets?
You can load stuff from Appearance -> Widgets and select your position after.

Can you please ask WPEngine to check the permitions of wp-content folder.
