There is no way for that.
If you have many big images, the best scenario is to compress the images to smaller, which will do make it load faster.

Just create a “shortcodes” directory in your child theme folder and copy the shortcode file you want to overwrite (by default all files are located in wp-content/themes/enfold/config-template/builder/avia-shortcodes) from the parent theme directory to the child theme “shortcodes” directory. Then modify the shortcode php code as you like.
Afterwards insert following code at the very end of the child thrmes functions.php

add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1);
function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths)
{
$template_url = get_stylesheet_directory();
array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/');

return $paths;
}

You can use media queries

and target table td and add a max-width property.
But – please note that even if you do that and it will work, at the end you will be have issues as the height will be way to tall.

That is because the way WordPress is handling it.
Please either create your codeblock as shortcode ( which is also the best way to handle it )

An other dirty solution, is to create a Text Widget and use a Sidebar element from enfold, to add yur code to the layout.
That way, you will not have to parse any text through the Editor.
