No, there is no such option at Enfold.
If you do need that, better use a third party plugin, like Ninja Forms, to get it shorted for you.Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

It seems that you need to optimize enfold for loading.
Better case scenario is to use something like WPRocket.
it will help you get your results way to low, really fast.Try it and let us know if it solves your issues

That modification would be hard with Enfold Forms.
Better to use something like Contact Forms 7 or Ninja forms, to get it short out.Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

It works for where you have assigned it.

We need to check the settings please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
The URL to the login screen.
A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
As well as a password for that username.

The issue here is that you have used a white font, for the top menu and there is a white background to the header.
What you need to do is to make the font color black, for small devices..responsive #header_meta .sub_menu > ul { color: #000 !important; }
Should solve your issue quick.

If you disable plugins ( I think the issue is on Booklet ) you will see things back to normal.
There is something there that makes that issue come up and it is not related to EnfoldThank you very much

That is how Kriesi designed the template, to work on mobile ( and while they cover the banner it is not visible while scrolling ).

Which mobile device you used and what browser?Kriesi has worked to fix some Android Related issues and some stuff based on Windows Phones, so if something has been missed, he has to have the proper informations to go through them.
