What Mike explains is that Google takes a Date, based on something else they find on the web site, not a date that is related with the page.
What you can do, if you want to avoid that, you can assign a date and leave it empty as schema, but google will still keep trying to get something and in the end they will display something random.Please also update Enfold to latest version.

That happens because of the php memory limit and that is what has to be fixed.
I am afraid we can not help a lot for that.

When using ALB, that is hard. You would need to create shortcode elements, that will hide a certain module.
Maybe, an option option, is to make a CSS code that applies a display:none; to an element, when user is not loged in and removed than when user is loged in.Let us know if you can do that
