The best solution is to get a new license and use that one for your self and to maintain the site.

Most probably files need to get uploaded again through FTP.
But – you can always edit WP_DEBUG to false, to have it work.

The only easy way is to use some JS for that.

It is basicaly something of your WordPress installation – which we can not be sure where is located.
