You have 2 sliders, so slider will animate.
If you want NOT to animate, instead of having a second slide into the slider you have to create a second slider, and then re-create your effects.

You have created columns for each sections which means the size of the portion can not change without ” braking ” the grid we have.
To get further, the best option is to have 1 line, and then arrange your elements into that one line as shortcodes.That will bring the results easier, do not use the grid you have created right now.

Create a child theme and add your single.php there.
After that, you can add the content to the file at any position you want and style it with any way.

ALB is only loaded on a certain custom post type ( I guess that is what voucher is? ).
We can although include the following line
