Hey clairemartindigital,
I guess something like that could be possible using LayerSlider.

AndyDecember 21, 2016 at 7:11 pm in reply to: Hi there our fullscreen image sliders are not working on mobile, please help… #727236Hey lewinandreilly,
I checked the page on my mobile device, but it’s working totally fine. Can’t see any issues.
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHey -rene-,
when I login and try to open the page you’ve provided I get: “Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, Entwürfe anzusehen.”. So can you provide us a precise link please?
However, not sure what you want to achieve. Can you explain further please? maybe screenshots could help (imgur.com, dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Glad we could help!

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHey KK,
I checked your homepage, but can’t find the elements in question. Please always provide us a precise link, cause we need to be able to inspect the elements in question.

AndyHey jb84,
no, not really, but I guess Google search function is your best friend :).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please stick to one questions/issue only and feel free to open a new ticket for something else. I checked your ALB and something is wrong when editing image element. Please deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I still don’t understand what you mean. Can you provide us screenshots showing us the issue please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

we can’t really help you about 3rd party plugins as written in our support policy. However, which booking plugin are you using? Check out our recommended plugin list for booking plugins: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/

AndyHi,
1.) Try this code:
.av-section-color-overlay-wrap { height: 550px; }
and adjust as needed.
2.) Use this code to adjust font size:.av-special-heading-tag font { font-size: 37px; }
and adjust as needed.
3.) About which two different pages are you talking about? I only see one page (s. private content).Best regards,
AndyHi,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

contact Envato/Themeforest about it. They can help you with it.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
the code should go into functions.php. Just move any modified files inside a /js folder of your child theme.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
are we allowed to import it by ourselves? have in mind that all settings would get overwritten, so basically you might lose your settings.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to flush your permalink settings. For this go to Settings->Permalinks->Save Changes.
However, I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Afterwards deactivate all your plugins, to check if one is causing a conflict.

AndyHi,

Best regards,
AndyHi,
not sure what exactly you want to achieve (a mockup showing the results you need would help a lot). However, if you want to move your image down a bit then use this code:
.avia-testimonial-image { margin-top: 10%; }
and adjust as needed.

AndyDecember 21, 2016 at 3:27 pm in reply to: fixed menu – section height 100% – missing distance at the bottom of the section #727075Hey Jochen,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
