you don’t need to install the theme via FTP. We only recommend to do this if there are any corrupted files. So please follow the instructions and let us know how things go for you.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

I followed these instructions:
1) click Hapkido/Geschichte from the Main Menu
2) click Training from the Main Menu (alignment incorrect)
3) click Hapkido/Geschichte (alignment incorrect)
4) click Hapkido/Geschichte again (alignment OK!)But now the issue doesn’t happen for me anymore. Could you fix it already?

from ALB use a Video Element. Use a custom css class like “video” for example. Then use this code to hide the Video element on desktop:
@media screen and (min-width: 1200px) { .video { display: none; }}Hope this makes things clear for you.

this all sounds like a problem with your server. Please contact your host about it. Also check with another WP theme, if you have similar results or not and let us know about them here. Have in mind that Enfold needs at least 256 MB of php memory limit.

1.) ALB = Avia Layout Builder
2.) The link you’ve provided is not working anymore, I get redirected to the homepage instead. Link in private is not showing the elements in question neither. So you can provide us a precise link with the elements in question please? we need to be able to inspect them.
Please have in mind that WordPress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes

as already said I can’t see anything wrong in your screenshots. They seem fine to me. So can you explain further please? where exactly is the problem? I can’t see it anywhere.
You really need to contact plugin’s author about this issue, as we can’t help you with any 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy.

im Backend gehe in dein WordPress Menü und öffne deine Screen Options oben rechts, dann setze einen Haken bei “Description”: http://imgur.com/a/k32eK
Anschließend gehe in das jeweilige Menü und setze dort eine Beschreibung in das “Description” Feld.Gruß,

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.

zunächst führe bitte ein Update von deinem WordPress durch und versuche es hinterher erneut. Wenn das nichts hilft, dann deaktiviere all deine Plugins und versuche es dann noch mal. Wenn das ebenfalls nichts hilft, dann sind eventuell einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
