I changed host file and go access to http://interserve.org.au/connect/contact/#regionaloffices
However the site works fine for me. No header is cut off. Which browser are you using?The custom colors for “All Headings (H1-H6)” are working as well for me. Could you fix it?

I can’t see any green aberration at the loop point. Did you fix it? Please also check it on other computers.
The firefox issue is actually a Vimeo problem. You might avoid to use an iFrame and instead use the old embed code of Vimeo, see this site for more information: http://www.miracletutorials.com/howto-embed-vimeo/

Hiermit bekommst du den Strich unter den Menü-Buttons dicker:
.avia-menu-fx { height: 5px !important; }Es fällt mir etwas schwer genau zu verstehen was du meinst. Gut wäre eine Skizze (jpeg), die du z.B. über Dropbox hochlädst, damit ich mir deine Vorstellungen vor Augen führen kann.
Falls du den Logo Bereich meinst, den du weiß haben möchtest, kannst du dies unter “Enfold->General Styling->Logo Area background color” tun. Aber ich schätze mal du meinst etwas anderes und ich denke um etwas wie ein Trapez oder ähnliches zu machen, müsstest du einen Freelancer beauftragen.

This will be a bit more techy … So maybe you get some help from a friend or a freelancer. Here is what you can do:
Download “Contact Form 7 WordPress Plugin”:

http://www.q2w3.ru/q2w3-fixed-widget-wordpress-plugin/The first plugin gives you several contact forms and the second one will make it floating.

Ich kann keinerlei blaue Farbe sehen und dein Header scheint einen weißen Hintergrund zu haben. Konntest du das bereits fixen?
Wenn du ein Hintergrundbild im Logobereich haben möchtest, kannst du eins hochladen in deinem WordPress backend in Enfold->General Styling->runterscrollen zu “Background image” und “upload custom image” auswählen.
Wenn ich über einen Button gehe, kann ich keinen Strich sehen. Meinst du vielleicht den Abstand zwischen den nebeneinander liegenden Buttons, den du erhöhen möchtest? Falls ja, füge diesen Code ins Quick CSS ein:
.menu-hover-style-4 .main-navigation-ul>li.menu-item>a.menu-item-link { margin-left: 10px; }Für “10px” kannst du eine beliebige Zahl einsetzen.

The settings for a vimeo video you need to adjust on your account at http://www.vimeo.com
To set the background darker use this in the Quick CSS:
.mfp-zoom-in.mfp-ready.mfp-bg, .mfp-zoom-in.mfp-ready .mfp-preloader { opacity: 0.91; }Adjust “0.91” to “0.92”, “0.95” or whatever number you prefer. Have fun playing around with that.

If your developers used a child theme (definitely recommended!) for all customization they did, than it wont be a problem to update.
You might also think about updating via FTP, because this way all existing files wont be replaced, just overwritten.
Please make sure to have a backup before updating.
