Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Have in mind to keep all plugins deactivated while testing everything.

I can’t see any layerslider on the link you’ve provided. Please provide us a precise one, as we need to inspect the elements in question. You can use media queries inside Custom CSS of your layerslider to make your images behave as you want on specific screen sizes. This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

as Enfold is one of the best selling WP themes out there, we encourage any plugin authors to make their plugin compatible with our theme. If they haven’t done this, then we can’t do much, as we can’t provide support for every 3rd plugin which was created out there. If the plugin’s author can’t help you, then I would go for another plugin.
