    Hi!

    I’ve had two people try to subscribe to my newsletter and let me know that they are getting an error that they need to complete all fields. One was my friend, so I was able to verify that she had completed all fields.

    Hey algkent,

    I checked the forum but it gives me an error ever time even if all the fields are filled in. We need to take a closer look at the setup Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Thanks! Yes you can deactivate plugins but hopefully we can find a substitute if we have to do that.

    Also, the same sign up form is on this page as well so can we please make sure that one is working too? http://www.moneyprodigy.com/blog/

    Hi,

    I checked your mailchimp form and there seem to be an issue with only the “Money Prodigy” form. Please re-create a new form with similar form fields and check if it works correctly.

    If you still have an issue please get the form embed code and try it on a test page that I have created inside a code block element and let us know the result.

    So that I”m understanding, you want me to delete that newsletter block, then create a new one that’s identical to it to see if it will work?

    Hey!

    The “Money Prodigy” prodigy list contains a “number” field. This field is not supported by the Mailchimp Signup element. Please replace it with a text or a dropdown field. You should see this note in the Mailchimp Signup element.

    Please note: This element currently only supports basic list subscription with basic form fields (text and dropdowns). Please let us know if you would like to see more advanced features.

    Hi basilis,

    What do you mean by “a list of your need to be active so it can work”? My Money Prodigy List is active, but it has a number component to it that is required to be answered.

    I see what you mean now — I went into my Mailchimpm list and changed that required form field to a dropdown with values from 1-18. I’m waiting on a few people to test it out other than myself.
