sorry for the late reply and unfortunately we can’t help dealing with 3rd party plugins (WP Download Manager plugin). You need to ask plugin’s author or hire a freelance developer to make things compatible between theme and plugin. You can find someone for example here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

sorry for the late reply and yes, it is supposed to work on desktop only this way. If you really need this behavior on mobile as well, I recommend to hire a freelance developer, as it would be considered as custom work.

sorry for the late reply. If you wish a customized layout we recommend to use Enfold’s ALB editor for it. With this you have all freedom you can imagine to build whatever layout you wish.

you could try to activate mobile menu earlier. For which screen devices do you need mobile menu activated? Use this as a starting point:
@media screen and (max-width: 1240px) { nav.main_menu { display: none; } #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { display: block; }}Adjust max-width value as needed.

yes, you can define a custom css class for each color section, for example “my_custom_class” and then you can use this as css code:

span.image-overlay.overlay-type-extern { left: 0 !important; width: 286px !important; }and adjust if needed.

not sure what you mean and I think you can simply define some padding when editing layout element. Click on “Layout” tab and define some inner padding.

what about WP Booklet plugin? you didn’t mention anything about it and it is still activated. Are we allowed to deactivate temporarily all your plugins but WPML by ourselves for testing purposes?

it will be almost impossible for us to find a solution if we can’t reproduce the problem. As already written we can see it on your end only. No customer before you have ever mentioned anything like this. We would need to wait to get some more data about this problem. I hope it will be solved for you soon.
