quite difficult to imagine what you are writing. Could you send us a mockup showing what you want to achieve? you can use imgur.com or dropbox. This way we can provide you some precise CSS code to achieve what you want.

you have used W3 Caching Plugin. Activate it again, then choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate it and all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins temporarily by ourselves for testing purposes?Cheers!

try to deactivate all other plugins but WPML, to check if one is causing this problem. If that does not help try to delete all theme files via FTP completely before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account, because maybe there are some corrupted files.

Versuche alle Plugins zu deaktivieren, um zu schauen ob eins einen Konflikt verursacht. Ansonsten könntest du noch versuchen alle Theme Daten via FTP zu löschen und dir eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account zu besorgen.Gruß,

I am sure you could increase length of sidebar menu. Just go to Enfold->General Layout->Content | Sidebar Ratio and make your adjustments there.
Always include a link showing the elements in your screenshot, because we need to be able to inspect the elements. I could not find on your website what you are showing on your screenshot.

you are using a list-style-image, which is not moveable. Instead use a background image and then add some padding into it, for example:
.container .post-entry ul { background: url(../images/li-tick.png); padding: 3px 0px 3px 10px; }and adjust padding as needed.

I checked http://www.docksidechandlery.com/wpress and when I hover over your accordion slider I can’t see any white gaps. Which OS and browser are you using?
