Hey!
sorry für die späte Antwort. Du kannst entweder die Bilder in der richtigen Größe hochladen oder diesen Code im Quick CSS Feld verwenden, um die Größe anzupassen:
img.ls-l.ls-preloaded { width: 600px !important; height: 600px !important; }
Gruß!
AndyHi!

can you provide us admin access so we can take a deeper look into it? try to deactivate all plugins while testing and let us know if that helps.
Cheers!

Not sure what you mean. Have you got an example? Though it sounds to me like you would need to search a plugin for this kind of function.Regards,
AndyHey!
can you highlight using screenshots please (use imgur.com or dropbox)? because I couldn’t find what you are talking about on the link you have provided. We need to inspect the elements in question.
Regards,
AndyHi!
you are using an old version of WordPress and the theme. Please upgrade both to the newest version and let us know when you are done and still need help.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
use this code to move it down:
.html_main_nav_header #top .main_menu .menu>li:last-child>a, .html_bottom_nav_header #top #menu-item-search>a { position: relative; top: 25px; }
Cheers!
AndyHey!
we need admin access to have a deeper look into it. Post login details here as private reply and we’ll take a look.

AndyOctober 23, 2015 at 2:57 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder – Color Section Bleeds Into The Next Sections #523868Hey!
not sure what you mean. Color section seems to work fine for me. Can you highlight what you want to achieve using screenshots please? do you mean you want to control your background image size? if yes use a code like:
div#av_section_2 { background-size: 1000px 1000px !important; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
quite difficult to imagine what you are writing. Can you show us some examples of what you are trying to achieve please?
Cheers!
AndyHey!
does this happen with your child theme only? what if you activate Enfold without a child theme? same results?
Try to deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue.
Is you host using some kind of caching on your server? please ask them.Cheers!
AndyHi!
a new thread for a new question would be best in the future.
Deactivate all plugins to see which one is causing this issue. Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to see which one is causing it.
Best regards,
Andyglad you could solve it. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.

you showed us two different websites in your screenshots, but provided us only one link. Furthermore it seems like you already achieved everything what’s shown in your screenshot:
Cheers!
AndyHi!
I can see excerpts of posts just fine, but not sure if I am looking on the right place. Can you highlight using screenshots please? you can use imgur.com or dropbox. Show us what you mean and what you want to achieve instead of what is now visible on your website, because then we can provide you some precise CSS code.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
you did not deactivate all other plugins, neither did you tell us if things got better for you when deactivating plugins. Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins temporarily by ourselves for testing purposes?

AndyOctober 23, 2015 at 2:15 pm in reply to: Coloured background section (text area or colour section) #523827Hi!
refuse from bumping into your own thread, because it pushes it behind in our queue.
About which padding and gaps are you talking about? please always provide us with a precise link and even screenshots, so we can see what you want to achieve and be able to inspect the elements in question. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.
Cheers!
AndyOctober 23, 2015 at 2:12 pm in reply to: How to edit Avia Layout Template that is already created? #523824Hey!
open a new ticket for a new question please.
Refer to this on how to use a child theme: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Regards,
AndyHi mmcgrat1!
1.) Right now height of your ajax portfolio is defined to “auto”, but you can define a fix height value if you want to avoid jumps:
.portfolio-details-inner { height: 1000px !important; }
Adjust as needed.
2.) Try to deactivate all plugins to make sure none is causing any conflict. Are you using any caching plugin? if yes switch off caching at first, before deactivating plugins.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
use this code:
.avia-slideshow-inner { width: 60%; }
and adjust as needed.

can you provide us admin access so we can take a deeper look into it? post login details here as private reply.
Deactivate all your plugins, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Let us know if this helps you or not.Best regards,
AndyHi!
not sure what you mean, because when editing your blog page I can see that you have build a color section with the word “Blog” in it. Just change it to “John Francis’s Blog” and you will get what you want, won’t you?
Regards,
AndyHey!
I checked the test page Elliott has created here and layerslider works fine for me. I can see the green leafs just fine. Can you show us what you see using screenshots? you can use imgur.com or dropbox.
Which OS and browser are you using?Cheers!
AndyHey!
go to Enfold->Header->Header behavior and you will see that this function gets ignored on mobile, so it won’t be possible. Feel free to hire a freelancer if you really need this.
Best regards,
