Hey!
Kriesi might add it into a future update. Please use a child theme: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Cheers!
AndyHi greggashley!
Try to deactivate all other plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Ask WooCommerce support about this issue.
Regards,
AndyHey!
does it work for you when activating a default WordPress theme instead? let us know about your results please.
Cheers!
AndyHey Helchar!
I think you need to contact Mailchimp support about it. Let us know if you have questions directly related to the theme and we are happy to assist you.

AndyHey!
not sure if it’s easily possible to achieve what you are trying to do. I think you need to use ALB for blogposts, to be able to have the layout you wish.
Regards,
AndyHey!
WPML already provided a fix for this issue and I can see in your backend that you updated to WPML v3.3.5. Lots of customers told if it fixed this issue. Do you still have it?!
Go into your caching plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.Best regards,
AndyHey!
I checked link you have provided (private content), but can’t see any issues. Your website seems to work fine for me. Not sure what you mean and I think we need admin access, to be able to fully understand what’s it all about. Maybe you can copy this website to another for testing purposes.

we need to see an Enfold site to be able to help. Can you provide us a test link where we can see the issue please?

Maybe you can find a plugin which provides you the functions you need, but if not it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme and that is why you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job.
Regards,
AndyHey!
Enfold uses WordPress’ default contact form settings. So if it does not work for you, then I think your server is blocking WordPress’ emails somehow. Try to contact your host about it.
Try to reproduce the issue by using a default WordPress theme and let us know about your results.
We recommend to use Contact Form 7 in your case.
Cheers!
AndyHi!
I think modifications Elliott posted here should work fine. Can you confirm?
Follow this post to be able to use avia.js inside of your child theme: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/use-avia-js-in-child-theme/#post-230498

glad you figured it out! Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
this is caused because of you testimonial slider, which changes it’s height (because it’s content is changing). You can define a fix height by using this code in Quick CSS field:
.avia-testimonial-wrapper.avia-slider-testimonials.avia-slider-2-testimonials.avia_animate_when_almost_visible.av-large-testimonial-slider.avia_start_animation { height: 445px; }Adjust it as needed.
Cheers!
AndyHey!
not sure what you mean. I checked the link you have provided and can’t see any issue with your lightbox. I see six images and all six are working fine inside the lightbox for me. Could you fix it already? if not can you reproduce the issue when activating a default WordPress theme? let us know about your results with it please.
Cheers!
Andyglad it’s working for you guys.

Can you provide us a link showing the issue please? we need admin access as well. Make sure to deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes. Make sure to use newest theme, WordPress and plugin versions. Post login details here as private reply.Cheers!
AndyHey!
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading. You can control cropping behavior by adjusting the code line Elliott showed you or by using a plugin like: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Cheers!
AndyHey!
refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.

try to add the code from here into your child theme’s functions.php, then it should update proofed.
