Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them. You can control this behavior with a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

not every plugin is compatible with every WP theme, so you need to contact plugin’s author about any plugin’s questions or try to search for another plugin.

overwriting might not seem enough as there might be some corrupted files. So please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Make sure to keep all plugins deactivated while testing (via FTP).

enfold’s form is using WordPress default behavior, so we can’t do much about it. If you need more control we recommend to use contact form 7 plugin.

would be best to use different tickets for different questions/issues, because then you would get a faster reply and this way we keep the forum clean and clear for other users who are searching for help here.
Your first screenshot is showing your menu and not your footer to me, so I don’t get what it’s about. Can you show us what you want to achieve please? a mockup showing the results would help a lot.
The link you’ve provided does not work for me, as login details are necessary.

du verwendest eine veraltete Theme Version, daher führe bitte ein Upgrade durch zu Enfold v3.5.2. Gleiches gilt für dein WordPress. Sag uns bescheid, wenn du dann immer noch Hilfe benötigst.

Bitte für deinen Blog ein neues Ticket aufmachen. Versuche alle Plugins zu deaktivieren, um zu schauen, ob eins dieses Problem verursacht.
