Hi,

AndyHi,

AndyHi,
remove any custom code you’re using to check if one is causing this issue (functions.php and any CSS code).
Also I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily switch off the caching of your site? Then deactivate your caching plugin, as well as all other plugins. Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyMarch 27, 2017 at 6:39 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar: Overriding views and styles in Enfold Child Theme #767616Hi,
hm I think it should work. Make sure that you are using your child theme correctly, so make sure that you’re using the exact same folders as in the original inside your child theme (/config-events-calendar/event-mod.css).
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
kannst du bitte präziser aufzeigen was du meinst? Screenshots wären hilfreich.
Du kannst “shift+enter” verwenden, um Zeilenumbrüche herzustellen.Schick uns Admin Zugang, wenn du weiterhin Hilf benötigst.

unfortunately Victoria was right and the categories are available only when using elegant blog style. However, I’ll inform Kriesi about this issue and hopefully he can do something about it soon. Thank you for making us aware about it and thanks for being patient!

unfortunately we can’t and hopefully you’ll find one which works well for you.

you’ll find a list of recommended plugins for Enfold here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/

Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Finally deactivate your caching plugin as well as all other plugins. Remember to activate any caching plugin again, to be able to switch off the caching function, before you deactivate it again, because if you simply deactivate it then caching will go on.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can notice the issue on your end (on your installation), but not on my end (on my own installation), which means that I can’t reproduce the issue. Moreover, as soon as I deactivate your plugins the issue is gone on your end. As a conclusion, one or more plugins are causing this whole thing. So go ahead and find out which one is causing it.

AndyMarch 27, 2017 at 1:07 pm in reply to: Bilder Komprimierung Plug-In. Tiny PNG Compress JPEG & PNG images / Fehler #767395Hey Alexandra,
AndyHi,
we haven’t heard about this issue from anyone else so far and can’t reproduce it on our end, so something must cause it especially on your end. Please talk to your host about it. It sounds to me like a caching issue. Any kind of caching should be deactivated. Have you got this issue with a default WP theme as well? please test it and let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we can’t really help you with this. Though here you’ll find a recommended plugin list for Enfold: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/
Do you know why exactly you get those AMP errors by Google?
Hope you’ll find something which works for you.
Best regards,
AndyHey Peter,
AndyHi,
I checked again your website and it seems to work fine now. Could you fix it?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
where can we see the issue? please provide a precise link showing the error, as well as admin access.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
you need to talk this with your host, until he finds a solution so we can login to your backend.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you’re using an old version of the theme and it’s best to update and use the newest one instead.
However, try to add this code:
a.ls-l p { font-size: 10px !important; padding: 7px !important; line-height: 12px !important; width: 29px !important; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,
thank you! I notified Kriesi about this issue. Hopefully he can implement a fix for it soon. Thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
you can try this code inside Quick CSS field:
span.av-rotator-text.av-rotator-multiline-off.av-rotation-active { width: 468px !important; }
Adjust if needed.

AndyMarch 27, 2017 at 11:19 am in reply to: Definde sidebar on the left > Custom Post Type > single-custom_events.php #767340Hi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this (especially without a link showing the elements in question), so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
versuche es hiermit:
.responsive #header_meta .sub_menu>ul>li { padding-right: 12px; }
Gruß,
AndyHi,
you need to play with different values in my code and if you want to have different results on different screen sizes then you need to add some media queries as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia_mega_div { width: 817% !important; right: -549% !important; }}
For more information about media queries: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
