1.) Your slider looks good to me. I can’t see any issue. Could you fix it already?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep plugins deactivated while testing.

so it seems that the plugin is not fully compatible with the theme. I am sorry, but as mentioned in our support policy we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. If the plugin’s author can’t help you with this, then you would need to hire a freelance developer to make it compatible for you.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

it’s working as expected for thousands of other customers and I can’t reproduce this issue on my end neither. So something must cause it especially on your end. Maybe your host is running any caching on your server. Please contact your host about it.

Create a new (test-) page and rebuild those items. Check if the same thing is happening again. If yes then deactivate all plugins to check which one is causing this.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

about which filter are you talking about?
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
