There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

it should work with the newest version, too. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

please use different tickets for different questions/issues, otherwise it gets too confusing.
You can use a program like Poedit or Loco Translate to translate/change any text strings.

please always open a new ticket for every new/different question you’ve got, otherwise it gets very confusing for us moderators and for other people trying to find help here in our forum.
Have in mind that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins and in this case you would need to contact plugin’s author about it.

can you let us know about which content you’re talking about please? Have in mind that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins and you would need to contact plugin’s author about any issues with a 3rd party plugin.

then just use my code without the page-id and even add h2 or h1 into if you need to. A precise link with the elements which will be effected would still help.

really weird and I’ve never seen this issue before. Can you give us your FTP login please? and upload the newest Enfold ZIP somewhere on your server and let us know where we can find it, to be able to reinstall it for you.

wenn du die WP standard Funktionen beibehalten willst, solltest du den standard Text Builder von WP nehmen. Du kannst aber auch manuell ein Kommentarfeld hinzufügen im ALB, unter “Inhalts” Elemente.
