Is there a way that I can limit the woocommerce product gallery lightbox to only show the images in the lightbos and not all images that apear on the page.

I have this page where you are shown an image of a man in the end. This image is not part of the gallery and shouldn’t be there: http://turbostarter.dk/shop/turbostarter-grillstarter-i-rustfrit-staal/

    – Another page starts showing images from a facebook feed which is worse.

    Hey bertel,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Best regards,
    Andy

Sorry – I forgot – Here are your login credentials

    Hi,

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

Ahhh Sorry – The host has set up the server so that you can not login in from outside Denmark – I’ll make them change that and let you know.

The host won’t relax security, but grants you access through VPN

    Hi,

we really don’t have the time to do this. We don’t even have an astrill account and I never used this 3rd party program before. Please make it easy for us to help you by providing us a login which works for us.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one but WooCommerce by WooThemes to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Also activate your caching plugin again, then choose to switch off caching, afterwards deactivate it again and clear browser cache + hard refresh a few times.

    Best regards,
    Andy

As you can tell the lightbox gets its images from both the Facebook-plugin from Smash Ballon and thumbnails from the shop. This happens with plugins turned on or off.

No caching have been activated before today.

    Hi,

are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins by ourselves for testing purposes?

    Best regards,
    Andy

    No joy

But the culprit is the facebook-plugin, so no need for you to look into it any further.
