Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :).

I really believe that it does not work on your computer, so no need to record it. To be able help we need to be able to reproduce the same issue you experience on our own installation. The problem that it works on my installation, more over it works for me on your very own installation too. So basically we can help you. I show you a screenshot showing that ALB is working totally fine on your installation for me: s. private content.

I am sorry, but as long as it’s working fine for us on your installation we can’t do anything for you.

hm? ich habe nichts weg genommen und die Farben wieder hergestellt wie sie vorher waren.

Verwendest du irgendwelche custom CSS Einstellungen? wenn ja dann lösche alle und schaue ob es dann funktioniert.

Falls nein, dann sind eventuell einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

what do you mean with masonry shop? are you talking about a product grid? if yes then when editing a page go to “Plugin Additions” and choose Product Grid element inside of ALB.

• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).

If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
