    hi,

I put a video element on top of the page, but it’s not responding when I try to click on the “play” button on my iPhone. It only happens when the phone is hold vertically, when it’s hold horizontally, it becomes clickable again.

    could you help?

    thank you.

    Hi decode!

I have tested the site at my iPhone and it is working properly.
Can you please let me know what size screen you are using?

    Thanks a lot

    Best regards,

    hi, any progress? still waiting

    Hi,

Videos on sliders and color sections are actually disabled on mobile. You have to add a fallback image in place of the video. Please edit the video slide then look for this option:

Choose fallback image for mobile devices
Either upload a new, or choose an existing image from your media library
Video on most mobile devices can’t be controlled properly with JavaScript, which is mandatory here, therefore you are required to select a fallback image which can be displayed instead

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    hi, Ismael

I am aware of the slider issue with video, I am not referring to that element.
    please follow my first post,
the video element (http://screencast.com/t/vcyKlB2S8r) has issue playing correctly when iPhone6/6plus is hold vertically.

    thanks

    hi,
this issue is not solved yet, any progress?

    Hi,

I see. I will ask the rest of the support team to check this on actual iPhone6. The video is working inside the browser emulation regardless of the orientation.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
