Hi,
link you’ve provided still does not work for me. It loads and loads but it does not open anything.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Josue explains it in details in his post of the link I provided to you. What else do you need to know?

as far as I can see it these are the ones who are possible to select. I recommend to read this here: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/faq/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad you could fix it. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try this code:
.shop_columns_3 .products .product { width: 19%; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I tested the code and it’s working fine on my end. If we can’t reproduce the issue, then we can’t do much.

AndyHey Skyvisitor,
was genau meinst du?
AndyHey Sven,
Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? Your current pictures do not display. You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyHey brettb112,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

AndyOctober 7, 2016 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Empty cart after adding product to cart (urgent fix needed) #696446Hi,
please find out which plugin is causing this issue by deactivating all plugins one by one. If you find a conflict with a plugin then you can contact the plugin’s author about it. If a plugin is incompatible with Enfold, then you could always hire a freelance developer who makes it compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

AndyHi,
1.) You can try ALB’s elements like “Product Grid” or “Product List”, otherwise feel free to use WooCommerce’s standard features. If you have questions about it, then best to ask WooCommerce support team about it.
2.) Not sure what you mean, but as said those elements are available on single product pages only and not on your shop page.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try this code:
.av-main-nav li:hover .avia-menu-fx { visibility: hidden; opacity: 0; }
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please stick to one question only and feel free to open a new ticket for another question.
This is happening because you’re using ALB, instead of standard WordPress editor. With ALB you have all freedom, but you also need to use them, which means you need to add your elements manually.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please open different tickets for different questions.
You can apply your rules to this:
li.slide-1 { }
or
li.slide-2 { }
etc.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
I couldn’t find the masonry gallery in question on the link you’ve provided. Can you provide us a precise link showing the elements in question please? Not sure what you mean though. I think screenshots would help, to make things clear for us.
Keep in mind that WordPress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,
AndyHi,
use this code instead for your facebook icon:
[av_font_icon icon='ue8f5' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://www.facebook.com/carlsbadswamis' linktarget='_blank' size='40px' position='left' color='' custom_class=''][/av_font_icon]
Hope this helps!

AndyHi,
I tried some other CSS codes inside your Quick CSS field but none is working. Something seems to block it. Are you using any caching? please ask your host if they are using caching on your server.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Read the tutorials carefully and then put the line of code into your functions.php.

now I can’t find any “Kurssille button”, but the page looks good now and it seems you could achieve what you want. Let us know if you still need help with our theme.
