    Hi,

    Using
    Woocommerce: version 2.6.4
    Wordpress: version 4.6.1
    Enfold theme: version 3.7.1

After adding a product to cart, user is directed to http://www.ambilite.com/cart page, but no product is displayed or listed but the product is seen only on http://www.ambilite.com/checkout page (which doesnt allow users to modify the order).

Also the ‘update cart’ on /cart page is disabled, doesnt allow adding or removing products from cart. Had this issue earlier and updating the theme and wordpress website resolved the issue but it seems to be back now.

Sometimes the contents of the cart is shown but most of the time isnt show, this is a big problem as we are loosing out on our sales. Please help fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

    JD

    Hey ambilite,

Please update the theme to the latest version.

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Best regards,
    Jordan

    Hi,

For testing purpose we deactivated some active plugins and there appears to be a conflict. The cart is working fine now.

If you face the same issue to find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hello Vinay,

Which plugins are causing the conflict? because the cart page itself appears but the ‘update cart’ is still disabled.

    Hi JD,

To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
    3. If the problem appears again, then the last activated plugin is causing the conflict.

I know it can be a slightly tedious process but it will help you to find the plugin that causes the issue.

    Best regards,
    Jordan

    Hi Jordan,

I understand and we can try to do this exercise but we had this problem before (disabled ‘update cart’, on /cart page) it was fixed by updating wordpress and enfold theme and how it is broken it again. We would like to have this issue fixed as soon as possible and if is has something to do with plugin, then its clearly a conflict and we will need to take a call on cont. to use the enfold theme.

The most important part of customer experience is the checkout out process, with this issues we have potentially lost out of a number of sales… and I hope you and your teams understand what that means.

    Regards,
    JD

    Hi,

please find out which plugin is causing this issue by deactivating all plugins one by one. If you find a conflict with a plugin then you can contact the plugin’s author about it. If a plugin is incompatible with Enfold, then you could always hire a freelance developer who makes it compatible for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

    Best regards,
    Andy
