    Hi,
    I created my own layer slider and selected multiple possible transitions between slides. But, unfortunately, the transitions remain always the same. My settings seem to make no difference. Can you please take a look?

    Hey Paul,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    you layerslider is behaving fine for me. I can’t see any issues. Check in preview mode and make sure it looks the way you want. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another browser and on another computer as well.

    strange. I checked on multiple browsers, cleared cached, refreshed multiple times. And it stills behave not correct for me.
    What kind of transitions do you see between the slides for the first slider (acht p.m.) ?

    Hi,

    they’re coming from right to left.

    Play around in your layerslider and check if the different settings are producing different results for you. Make sure no caching is activated, so you’re able to see the changes.

    that is exactly the point – only one kind of transition is shown – from right to left. But selected are multiple kinds. See attached images.

    Hi,

    I don’t get it.
    What can you see? Do you see, that there are multiple kinds of transitions selected? Like “smooth fading from right”, “smooth fading from left” etc?
    But, active (in the preview and on the site itself) is only one “from left to right”. And I do not understand, why other transitions are not active.

    Hi,

    when clicking on “Select Transitions”, click on “Apply to others” on the upper right corner as well. Hope this helps!

    Hi,

    no, it didn’t help. I tried it before and also right now. Clearing cache do not help.
    If you use the provided credentials, you would see it.

    I would really appreciate a working solution.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why the transitions are not working in your slider so we created a test slider. The transitions are being applied on the test slider. http://www.achtpm.de/test/

    If you don’t mind, please remove the slider and re-create it from scratch.
