Hi,
I deleted all your Enfold files and replaced them with a fresh copy, but it didn’t help. Can you please try to update your php version? update to at least php v7.0. Talk to your host about this if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

this button can be inserted as a header widget: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Once you’ve inserted it as inside your header widget and still need help, let us know.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyApril 17, 2017 at 2:59 pm in reply to: Enfold catalogue problems with adding icon next to price #778721Hey zeaigars,
you can add shortcodes into your Catalogue element. To do this activate debug mode to be able to see your shortcodes, then add an Icon element you want from ALB. Choose a “plus” icon. Look inside your shortcodes, copy the icon line and use it inside your Catalogue element.

AndyHey zimbo,
you can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ to control WP image sizes. Don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails after making changes.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you can tell the plugin’s author to fix the issue. If he needs our help for it, he can contact us. Otherwise you could search for another plugin or hire a freelance developer who can make it compatible for you.

AndyHey tomitos,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

AndyApril 17, 2017 at 2:48 pm in reply to: Enfold: Removing the search magnifying glass and adding in the search field #778711Hi,
you asked for disabling ajax search, so Ismael provided a code for you which does exactly this. I’ll close this thread now as it’s getting very confusing here. Please open a new ticket where you mention only one issue/question per ticket.

AndyApril 17, 2017 at 2:44 pm in reply to: Problem with Google Maps above colums with WPML plugin #778710Hey Krzysztof,
at first please update your WordPress.
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHey Oversberg,
switch theme to a default one and you’ll find out. I guess it’s about WooCommerce plugin.

AndyHi,
not sure if I understand what you’re talking about. I checked the site link you’ve provided, but can’t see any issues there. On which link can we see the issue?

AndyHi,
I checked page in question, but it looks good to me: http://i.imgur.com/UGrT884.png
So could you already fix it?If not then try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the image size in question (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.Best regards,

can you remove the function to hide admin bar in frontend please? I tried to check your functions.php, but couldn’t find the code for it inside of it. I tried to search inside your backend for the site in private, but couldn’t find it. We need to be able to check it in order to help.

kannst du uns bitte einen präzisen Link von deiner Website schicken, wo wir das Problem sehen können? wir müssen in der Lage sein die entsprechenden Elemente untersuchen zu können.
Admin Zugang wäre auch super.Gruß,
AndyHi,
the problem with those validator sites is that they always will find any issues. As long as it is not a major issue and as long as your frontend works well, I think there is nothing to be really concerned about. If you ever experience something causing an issue on your frontend, then we would forward this as a bug to our developers though.

AndyApril 17, 2017 at 1:29 pm in reply to: Problem with the header in homepage (after installed WPML) #778679Hey Riccardo,
when editing the page in question inside your backend, switch to the other languages and adjust your header settings there. You need to make the right settings for each language.

sounds to me like a virus. Let your server get checked by your host and use a anti virus program for your WP installation.

AndyHi,
are you talking about different things here? if yes, then this makes it very confusing for us. Use different tickets for different questions/issues.
About which google snippet are you talking about? please make things clear for us by providing us screenshots (imgur.com, Dropbox).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we can’t help you with this kind of customization, so you would need to create such a code by yourself or hire a freelance developer for this job. However, maybe there is a plugin out there for you with such a function. If you already have the code (from the other developer), then you can simply put it inside your child’s header.php.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this does not happen for me. After the transition everything looks fine to me, like I showed you on my screenshot. The first Slide fades away how it’s supposed to fade away, instead of staying. Please check on another computer as well.

be specific and let me know on which device you see the issues. You can work with media queries to make my code work on different screen sizes: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
