    Hello guys,

a client of mine wants a image slider built in those metro style tiles. I have a big issue getting rid of the whitespace. How can I solive this problem, especially when making the screen larger and smaller :/ ??
Please help as my client won’t pay when not solved :(

On the following link you can see at “IHR WUNSCHGESPÄRCH” that i used the easy slider and want to implement it in the other 2 sections. The other two images are backround images, which are fully responsive.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi Marc,

I’m not sure what whitespace you are referring to, could you try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting it please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

    Here’s a screenshot: http://www.marccortez.at/dev/traumhaus/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Screen-Shot45.jpg
I have no padding and the images have the same crop as the first one.

I forgot to mention, that the site is protected.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though it looks like you have changed the image. Is it still a problem?

    Best regards,

    Hello Rikard,

no, there are multiple images in it as i put an easy slider in the grid. Although the third and fourth image have the same proportions, it creates a whitespace, which i don’t understand.

    Hi,

I checked page in question, but it looks good to me: http://i.imgur.com/UGrT884.png
So could you already fix it?

If not then try the following:
    1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
    2. Go to Settings > Media
    3. Change the image size in question (increase its width / height).
    4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

    Best regards,
    Andy
