Hi,
yes not it works, thank you. Delete your first Tab, then it should work fine again. Afterwards re create your first Tab element again. Let me know if this works for you.
Best regards,
Andy@kyra1883
As you’re the thread owner, we need a precise link to the elements in questions, as well as admin access, to check everything.Best regards,

Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

you’re screenshot doesn’t show the right header settings we’re talking about. Edit the page in question, then scroll down and look on the right side for “Header visibility and transparency”.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
you need to contact plugin’s author about this issue and if he can’t help you I would go for another plugins or hire a freelance developer who can make it compatible for you.

AndyApril 18, 2017 at 3:40 pm in reply to: Avia WYSIWYG not loading text, but other elements load fine #779388Hi,
we can’t tell you what’s the root of the problem, it could be thousands of different things. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins deactivated every time while you’re testing.

admin bar on frontend is still missing, so we can’t check our website’s backend. Please provide the admin bar on frontend or provide us a precise link to the backend of this page.

AndyHey Ben_2015,
kannst du uns bitte Admin Zugang einrichten?

AndyApril 18, 2017 at 3:33 pm in reply to: Enfold Template: Problems after update with avia modules? #779380Hi,
no, we haven’t done anything so far. Seems like it was a simple cache issue. Glad it’s solved now. Let us know in a new ticket if you have another issue/question related to our theme. We’re happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
it still doesn’t happen for me (Mac OSX & Chrome). I mark this thread for someone else in our team.

AndyApril 18, 2017 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Ihre Eingabe muss mit dem geforderten Wert übereinstimmen – Menge – Woocommerce #779371Hi,
Beim testen bitte immer alle Plugins (außer WooCommerce) deaktiviert lassen.

AndyHi,
you just need to find the right transition settings for your layerslide, so both slides have enough time to fade away without the next slide to come in already. Check out their documentation: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#builder-layer-transitions
I suggest you play with different values until it fits well for you.

AndyHi,
which php is your server using right now? please make sure to use at least php v7.0. Also ask your host about this issue, maybe they have some specific settings which are causing this issue, as it’s just happening on your end and for nobody else.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
go to Enfold->Theme Options->”And where do you want to display the Blog?”
and choose a different page than “Blog”. Then refresh your blog-7 website. Your settings there are conflicting with your blog website.Best regards,

Thank you for using Enfold :)Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyApril 18, 2017 at 3:08 pm in reply to: Adding a second header image in the centre of the header space #779339Hi,
we can’t really help you with building lots of custom code for you for different screen sizes on your desktop. But as we already did we can point you to the right direction. So now use the code we’ve provided to you and wrap different media queries around it. Again here you go with how to use media queries: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Have in mind that responsiveness doesn’t mean that it looks the way you want it to look like on every screen size, but to have the possibility to control it the way you want it to look like. Also it means that it looks good on different devices and not when you shrink your browser screen on one specific device (desktop device).
Best regards,
AndyHey arsenelesueur,
it’s unclear to me what you want to achieve. Can you explain further please? by providing us screenshots and/or a screencast? Not sure if we can help you with this kind of customization, but at first we need to fully understand what you’re talking about.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
AndyHey Vincent,
we’ve heard you.
Kriesi is working hard on it. Have in mind that it’s not that easy, as there are so many components playing a part in this. Thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
as already said we need FTP details to be able to check that.

AndyApril 18, 2017 at 12:41 pm in reply to: 1/2 columns don't stay next to each other in tab section #779235Hi,
when trying to login into your backend, I get this message:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Can you make sure that we are able to login smoothly please?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
to use newest Enfold version with newest WooCommerce version is always a good idea, especially if things are not working well for you.
After adjusting image size and regenerating your thumbnails, you need to switch off your caching function inside of your cache plugin, then deactivate your caching plugin, then clear browser cache and finally hard refresh a few times. Also keep all other plugins deactivated while testing (but WooCommerce obviously).
Best regards,
AndyHi,
everything loads fine for me, too. Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Also check on another computer.
Best regards,
AndyI use:
@media only screen and (max-width: 843px) { #top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency #header_main { background-color: rgba(34, 34, 34, 0);} }
But somehow it also controls the region between 844-927px, and dominate my another code
Then you need to create a code for screen size between 844-927px obviously :). In your code above you’re just using a screen size until maximum 843px, but nothing beyond that. So just adjust your media queries, to something like:
@media only screen and (min-width: 844px) and (max-width: 927px) { #top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency #header_main { background-color: rgba(34, 34, 34, 0); } }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this thread is quite confusing for me, as you mention that things are fixed, but still need help for other things. Please always create a new ticket in those cases, to clearly separate different issues/questions. Otherwise we have quite a hard time to understand what this is all about and other customers are waiting for a reply as well.
I logged in into your backend and checked page in private content. I duplicated all your content to use it on my own installation and Product Grid shows up fine for me. So something must cause Product Grid not showing especially on your end only.
So there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
