Hi,

Bitte schaue dir diesen Tread/Code dazu an:

AndyApril 24, 2017 at 1:36 pm in reply to: Product Grids not displaying any products after recent update? #782284Hi,
I tested your whole content on my own installation and it works fine for me. So something must cause it especially on your end.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins and customizations (custom code etc.) deactivated while testing.

AndyApril 24, 2017 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Contact Form works with CF7 but not with Enfold form #782256Hi,
thanks for the great video. Unfortunately we can’t provide support for every 3rd party plugin out there. However, we support WooCommerce by WooThemes, so if the plugin author can’t help you in this case, then I would switch plugin and use an official extension by WooThemes, like: https://woocommerce.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
not sure what you’re talking about to be honest. Please use screenshots to make things clear for us.
I checked your website on mobile and can see that the cart button is too much on the left, so use this code to correct it’s position:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .cart_dropdown { right: -9px; }}
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also remove any custom code you’ve implemented, to check if one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try this code inside Quick CSS field:
a.lightbox-added img { max-width: 300px; } .thumbnails img { max-width: 90px !important; }
and adjust as needed.

dazu bräuchten wir einen präzisen Link wo wir uns die Elemente einmal anschauen und inspizieren können.

I checked your backend, as you’ve provided admin access to us. I see that you haven’t adjusted WooCommerce’s thumbnails size in WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Display->Product thumbnailsThere is still 120x12px, although you want to display your images much bigger. So change that, then regenerate your thumbnails and you should go fine.
However if you’re fine with your WooCommerce’s display settings, then use this code inside Quick CSS field:
#top .product div.images img { width: 120px; }
Adjust the width value to your display settings of your product thumbnail image.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your website and it seems to work fine. So could you fix it already?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I would go for LayerSlider for this kind of function.

Also deactivate all other plugins but WPML, to check which one could cause this issue.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Enfold 4.0.5 works fine for me with WooCommerce 3.0.3 or later. Please deactivate all other plugins you’re using, to check which one is causing a conflict.

Can you provide us admin access please?
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyHi,
we can’t really help you with this, as this is not a function which Enfold provides. So you need to search for a plugin which works for you. If you can’t find one, then you could hire a freelance developer for this job.
Best regards,
AndyHey siteraum,
use a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
add this into Quick CSS field to hide mobile menu at first:
#top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency, .av_header_transparency #advanced_menu_toggle { display: none; }
The jumping when clicking on mobile menu must be caused by some customizations you’ve implemented. Remove all custom code to check which one is causing it. Also keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad it’s working fine for you again. Sorting option is working fine for me, but let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions/issues related to our theme.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyApril 21, 2017 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Avia layout builder not loading (tried many forum solutions but no luck) #781269Hi,
yes you also need to add the code into functions.php, otherwise it won’t work. Let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
one of your custom code is causing this issue. Remove all your CSS code and check which one is causing it exactly.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
yes, you need to work with media queries if you want it to look good on specific screen sizes.

AndyApril 21, 2017 at 3:22 pm in reply to: Not able to get Logo Left, Menu Center, Call to Action Button Right #781243Hi,
you can move your main menu to the left with this code inside Quick CSS field:
nav.main_menu { left: 19%; } You can adjust your header widget's padding with this code: .avia-button.avia-size-x-large { padding: 20px 0px 20px 0px; }
Adjust everything as needed.
Anything else you need for this here?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
1.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
h2 { text-transform: none !important; }
2.) Use this code:
h3 { color: #ed217d !important ; }
3.) Your blog looks fine to me, I can’t see any issues. Can you provide us screenshots showing what’s going on please? use imgur.com or Dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I’ve edited your Mailchimp Signup element (Form Styling->Form Color Scheme->Dark transparent
and then added this code inside Quick CSS field:input#avia_0_1 { color: grey; }
Unfortunately you can’t remove the asterisk.
Use a plugin like Loco Translate or Poedit to adjust text string.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
versuche es bitte mit diesem Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/hash-link-scroll-offset/
