I was actually able to disable the footer, but if you knew how to edit the footer on an individual page that is what I would actually like to do.
February 19, 2021 at 9:57 pm in reply to: Can't figure out how to remove this menu from the footer/socket #1282328Another – related issue.
We have a new city that our company has expanded to, so I need to change the footer specifically for this page so it shows that cities address. I’ve also just tried to disable the footer from the page itself but it didn’t seem to work. Link is below.
September 28, 2020 at 8:19 pm in reply to: FATAL ERROR on site – help ASAP (site completely down) #1249166We got it back up, looks like our issue was with EWW image optimizer. Now that we can’t use this, it’s slowing our site down.
Do you all have an image compressor that you would recommend?

September 27, 2020 at 5:29 pm in reply to: FATAL ERROR on site – help ASAP (site completely down) #1248831Okay, I exited recovery mode and now I am getting the same error. This is getting extremely frustrating. It was up when you finally saw it because I had restored the site. Can you please see the note below? Work week starts tomorrow and really need to get this back up and functional.

September 26, 2020 at 11:12 pm in reply to: FATAL ERROR on site – help ASAP (site completely down) #1248726Still in recovery mode – site came back up after backups were restored to 1 week ago. Can a moderator please take a look at this? Would really like to get this resolved.
September 26, 2020 at 6:03 pm in reply to: FATAL ERROR on site – help ASAP (site completely down) #1248705Please help me on this – all of our google ads are now disaproved because our site is down. Need to get this fixed ASAP
September 26, 2020 at 1:00 am in reply to: FATAL ERROR on site – help ASAP (site completely down) #1248527I think I fixed it temporarily but still need some help. I had previously had an issue and a moderator installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin – they said I could disable it since I was able to get that issue fixed. Now that I’ve reenabled it, the site seems to be back up.
Another issue I was having aside from the fatal error which seems to be gone? is the color (green) line under my full width buttons. you can see them on the homepage and other places like service pages. The green is the color that it flips to when a user scrolls their mouse wheel over, just a regular function of that button. now it’s showing all the time and looks very strange. Please help me fix this.
See private data – getting this error
Okay, so I did those steps and updated enfold to current version. Now i’m back to not being able to see enfold options once I disable the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” as instructed. Am I okay to just leave this plugin on? Would rather not if possible, but let me know what you all think.
I’m not seeing how to update the theme. I’ve tried to go through steps on your site, logged into envato to update API key, nothing is working. Can you all help out?
See private reply – got an error when trying to fix this.
I’m having some issues getting it updated, is this something you all can help me with?
Can a moderator take a quick look our admin panel (notes in last post)

Can anyone help me on this?
Awesome, it worked!
Thank you so much.
Just checked and this option has already been selected. My issue with the logo image over/underlapping the menu options is on desktop (if screen is split) or tablets.
I will give this a shot but this issue is actually on desktop or tablets mainly. Basically if you have a 1920×1080 monitor which is standard for most if you are only viewing it using a split screen it tucks the header logo behind the text.
June 8, 2020 at 5:06 pm in reply to: Is there a way to make a button open a slideshow gallery? #1220524I wanted to follow up on this. What you have linked above isn’t what i’m looking to do.
I simply want a button that is on our homepage to open up a lightbox gallery of images (where you can go left or right) for a few images. Is that possible? Seems pretty simple but goes above my head.
Thanks
May 29, 2020 at 5:16 pm in reply to: Is there a way to make a button open a slideshow gallery? #1217812Below is the button next to it “Watch our showreel” when I hit this it opens up an embedded video. I want this to do the same thing but with 3-5 still images in a gallery, basically button that opens into an image slider (lightbox)
Here’s a sample/similar way I want it to show:

January 9, 2020 at 10:33 pm in reply to: Background video on color section (muted BG video) – playing audio #1171986Hi Victoria,
I’m in chrome, but have seen it in firefox as well. If you go to the middle section where it has samples of work, try clicking on the massonry gallery where it will open up a video. This is a weird glitch it seems where it will play the original muted BG video (with audio) on top of the video that is being viewed. Just want to make sure that our clients aren’t seeing the same thing.
