Exactly!!! It’s so frustrating.
Have been waiting for it too long. I have checked every single day, hopping today might be that day.
If like this, I think we must figure out a way to covert all the enfold ALB editor data to other theme or block editor and use a theme which are always up to date.I am having the same issue but not much in frontend, only backend that takes 10-12 secs to load.
Sorry I didn’t read your error “No input file specified.” before. If that’s the error then it is related to php settings. First check the open_basedir setting then make sure short_open_tag is off.
If I were you, I would look at the least popular plugings. Intercom installed only 10,000 times, so there might not be enough users to report the bugs yet.
I am using classic editor and yoast seo, but not the other three – Intercom, Statify, UpdraftPlus WPML
If it helps, you can give the list of all the plugins you are using then I can point out which are the plugins I don’t use in my website. I am very selective with my plugins and I know them well.
I am using PHP 7.3 and so far there is no issue of login in or anything else. I think it must be one of your plugins that do the conflict, not enfold.
This solution resolved the issue for sure, but it’s not been fixed in the enfold 4.5.1.
However, just after making this change, in every few hours I am getting the error – PHP message: PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in …/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 284This havent been fixed, I still get this error.
October 17, 2018 at 1:37 pm in reply to: Highlight active link in Fullwidth avia sub menu when link is selected #1022753This reply has been marked as private.I have the same button issue with 4.2.4, both in php 7.1 and 7.2. It’s surprising to see why moderators don’t have the issue with their local installations.
Yes, I can confirm that it is also the same for me. Masonry Galleries are not working in Enfold 4.2.4.
The appropiate question would be – where did Kriesi find all these new moderators who could not identify any of the recent issues? :o
Simply disable the css minification in wp-rocket.

March 23, 2017 at 3:06 pm in reply to: Enfold 4.0.3: Textblock Save Button does not respond/work #765506This is not related to wordpress account, rather is it related to Visual Editor in user profile. Simply uncheck the “Disable the visual editor when writing” and saving will work fine. I have reported this couple of times, but it does not seem any one care to correct the issue.
My mistake, there was a folder of child theme with some old files, whcih I didn’t notice. I might have put them back in 2014, and forget about it. The minification works perfect now as well as the text box and others.
The issue has been solved. It was my mistake, I have a child theme with some old files in that.
Please close the topic. You are most welcome. :)
If those files are related to child theme of enfold, can we turn off the child theme option as I just use the basic enfold theme.
Async JavaScript might cause a problem, but as you said its disable, so there is no question of that.
From version 4, css minification does not work, always giving a hard time, specially if you use premium pluging like wp-rocket. Why would I use something else when I already paid for wp-rocket. Wp-rocket not address this issue of minification as it’s not the problem of their plugin, its a problem of enfold version 4. For now, all my css are not minified. So please so check if anywhere minification in enable or not, some servers have server side minification enabled.
What are the list of plugins that you use?
Have you ever used any plugin like “User Role Editor” and modified the role of your admin or editor?
What also works for me is – select it, save, and then deselect and save it again.

I found the solution :D. This also explains why a new user able to save text box.
This is related with wordpress visual editor. Just go to your edit profile, and under Personal Options>Visual Editor… deselect Disable the visual editor when writing. If selected, text box does not allow you to save. By default all new users profiles have the feature of using the wordpress visual editor. Kriesi has to release an update to address this issue. Until then …. :DDid you clear your browser cache? Making a new user, or making an user admin, then clearing browser cache and login with that user also work for me.
There is two ways it again starts to work. Change the PHP version to 7.0.x from 7.1.x ..then again change it back to 7.1.x.
Another option is to make a new user or make another of your users as admin and login to that account, open the page from that account and text box starts to work again.. Very strange!!!!!This is again an issue with php 7.1, downgrade to php 7.0.x, textbox can be saved. :(
Yes, testimonials too. We need an urgent fix of this issue.

Wp-rocket 2.9.8 did not fix the issue of Enfold 4.0.2. As it mentioned –
Fix: image URL in Envira Gallery Lightbox was incorrectly rewritten when using a CDN- This reply was modified 7 years, 9 months ago by Anderson C.
