Hi, we are currently experiencing issues with the enfold theme working with the events calendar plugin. On the page in the private content area (1), you can see that the styles are very off from what they should be. An example of how they should look is in (2). The page was working fine last week but something seems to have messed it up and we aren’t sure what exactly is happening. When we revert the theme to the default WordPress theme it seems to have the styles it should have so we are thinking there is a conflict with the theme.

So, there isn’t a solution in the thread – just an acknowledgment that it’s looking funky and to hold out for a new update. Will there be one coming soon?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

VictoriaJune 29, 2020 at 2:58 pm #1226456I manually deleted the theme and the events calendar plugins and it’s not working. Is there a button or something to override the template or something?
June 29, 2020 at 3:06 pm #1226469I unchecked this and it started loading just fine:
Use updated calendar designs Enable updated designs for all calendar views
So, I’m in a conundrum as the new designs seem good and I’d like to use them at some point but they don’t seem to work well.
July 3, 2020 at 7:57 am #1227689Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The modified version of the default-template.php file in the enfold > config-events-calendar > views folder is ignored when the new design option of the plugin is enabled. To fix the issue temporarily, you have to create a copy of the template file and place it inside the tribe > events > v2 folder in the child theme directory.
