January 15, 2020 at 4:53 pm #1174596Hi,
Can you please provide us the user id so we can check from our server?
We do not have an problems with our test is’s we have. So it is hard to locate and fix the problem.
As far as I know Instagram has limitations for access. It could be that if you are using a shared hoster this IP address could be blocked because of too much traffic.
Best regards,
GünterJanuary 15, 2020 at 4:54 pm #1174597It happens with any user I enter.
Thanks.
January 15, 2020 at 5:04 pm #1174604Hi,
As said before – we are not able to reproduce the problem with our user id’s. We like to help but we must be able to reproduce the problem.

January 16, 2020 at 4:19 pm #1175079Hey,
Your account works on my local installation as well.
Could you please share FTP logins as well?
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 16, 2020 at 4:20 pm #1175080In my local installation it works as well. The problem is that when you go live to a real server, it does not matter it works on local.
Please share a working example with a live server, NOT local.
What you need FTP access for ?
There is just WordPress and Enfold, nothing else. Not a single plugin, nothing extra.Thanks.
January 17, 2020 at 12:02 pm #1175323Hi,
Sure, you can see it in the link i attached in private content field.
We believe Instagram has restrictions on shared servers so this is not related to the theme or plugins. Since we could not reproduce the issue, we wanted to try to debug on your installation however with further testing i could reproduce the issue on one of my sites as well so FTP logins are no longer necessary.
We are working on a solution and will update you.
Cheers!
