Salve newmediologo, ho sostituito la riga 1522 helper-privacy.php come dal post, senza risultato in remoto, la copia clone di test in locale non presenta problemi e la mappa integrata dall’editor si visualizza anche su safari.

@beppemodena su un sito sostituendo la riga funziona mentre su un altro no.. Domani proverò tutti i fix.. Grazie..

ciao newmediologo ad oggi l’unica soluzione trovata è disattivare dalle opzioni privacy e cookie l’impostazione per attivare i messaggi, per ora unica soluzione per visualizzare le mappe su safari. Anche la soluzione proposta nel post non ha risolto.

Hi, I also can’t get Google Maps working with the latest Enfold, key is valid, but it’s not browser related.

Error in theme options (no connection) and at the page element while checking latitude (no valid key), pages’ console error: [AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing.

Could you please check what’s going wrong? I shared the credentials.

The map continues to be visible and working on all browsers except for Safari, where the frontend shows the white column instead of the map.

Hi Ismael, I uploaded on youtube the video that shows how the google maps box behaves.
On chrome it works, on firefox it works, on safari the box is white.
I always thank you for your precious help.

Hi,

@diggital: We missed your thread. Sorry about that. The Geocoding Service API is disabled, causing the map to not render properly. You can enable the API in the Google console. Please check the documentation for more info.

thank you so much, my GeoCoding API they are correctly set and activated.
seems to be a problem on the google maps editor box.

@beppemodena – Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js? After that, please make sure to flush cache :)
If you would like us to replace the file for you, please post WP admin logins for both sites here privately.

@diggital I replaced avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file on your installation and that helped. Fix will be included in upcoming update. Please review your website :)
