    Hello all,

    I’m having trouble with a site (see private content for link).

    It barely loads in Safari at all, either on desktop or mobile. And when it does finally load, it barely scrolls, and if it does, it jerks around.

    It works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but not Safari.

    I’ve cleared caches, made sure all updates were up to date, made sure the browser was up to date, etc etc etc.

    I’ve done a bit of research but I can’t find a straight answer even to what the issue may be; the theme, the hosting, wordpress, a plugin, etc etc etc.

    Anyone have any ideas?! Thanks in advance.

    Hi Victoria,

    I’m very sorry I’ve only just seen this! I’m too busy for my own good.

    Thanks for finding this out. I’m assuming there’s nothing that can be done by me of anyone else to fix the issue?

    Hi,

    If this is a browser bug then there’s not much we can do about it unfortunately. There are some suggestions for fixes in the thread Victoria posted though, did you check those out to see if any of them might work for you?

    Also please consider updating to the latest version of the theme (4.7.3) to see if that helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
