I tried updating the new version of Enfold, but the WordPress Dashboard was having an error. So I tried manually updating it and now my Home and Services page aren’t displaying. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you!
I’ve done some testing and have noticed the following:
1. The homepage has always had a Fullwidth Easy Slider on there which plays a video. Before today it has always worked fine. Now, the page doesn’t display anything on there. However, if I go into the admin for the page and delete the Fullwidth Easy Slider, the rest of the page will show up. If I leave it on and switch it from video to image, the page still displays blank. If I switch from the Fullwidth Easy Slider to the Fullscreen Slider, I have the same issue. If I switch to the Video element, it displays the rest of the page content.
2. The same goes for the services page since that page also has a Fullwidth Easy Slider.
3. The video file is fine because I am able to play it as a separate file and it also plays if I use the plain Video element. Something happens where the content on the page gets wiped out when I use the following elements, regardless of uploading a video or image file:

You are running a very old version of the theme, please update to 4.5.1. This update has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
